Sibling bonding

You know when you think something is a good idea, realistically is a good idea but in execution is a lot of work? Yeah this isn't one of those times.

So I decided to ask Yoriichi and Michikatsu for some sibling bonding time. I told them 'let's hang out!'. How did they hear 'Let's train til one of us hears colours'.
——
*Slash* *Shing* *Clash*

The blade of our weapons clash against one another's. We've been fighting for the past 3 hours and that's not even the problem. It's Michikatsu and I against Yoriichi. 2 versus 1 and he is demolishing us.

"Who's the heck decided to fight him?" I exclaimed dodging the slash at my neck.

"You" Replied Michikatsu

"I said 'Oh let's hang out together!' like let's go eat. In what way did that translate to fighting for our lives?"

"I don't know" Michikatsu said as he and I clashed with Yoriichi's blade.

Yoriichi never let up, his blade almost cutting us at every slash. With every block, we were pushed away. It was like fighting an immovable wall with moving blades.

"No wonder those sword smiths had to make a puppet with six arms just to compete with him" I shouted as I flipped into the air and slammed my foot at where Yoriichi was with full force. A relatively large crack appeared in the ground.

"Yeah but we BEAT that!" Rebutted Michikatsu

"Let's not act like that could ever compare to our brother's ability!" At that sentence, it seemed to have shocked Yoriichi for a split second. Both Michikatsu and I instantly took that opportunity like vultures and closed in. I delivered a 540 degree triple kick on one side while Michikatsu uses the second form of Moon Breathing on the other, trapping Yoriichi in a cage of strikes.

At that exact instance, Yoriichi straight up caught my foot, pushed it away and used the small opening to leap into the air and dodged our consecutive blows.

"Michikatsu... Yoriichi is too overpowered"

"You now just realising? It's because he can... see our muscles"

At that sentence, we both leapt off once again to fight him. During the rage of the fight, where we we're practically struggling not to die to Yoriichi, an increase of heat flushed through our bodies. Our hearts began to beat faster than it normally should and time began to slow for us.

Slash, duck, dodge, counterattack! Every one of our actions became faster and more precise. We kept attacking and our moves had more effect on Yoriichi. He had to use more force, more speed to keep up with us. Then it happened.

A translucent imagine of his muscles, blood vessels, organs and veins appeared in our vision. By the twitch of his organs, by the pumping of his blood, we could predict his movements with accuracy. Michikatsu slashed at Yoriichi and while preoccupied by Michikatsu's intense and rapid curved slashes, I quickly wrapped my legs around his arm and spun with enough force to throw Yoriichi. At this opportune moment, I gave consecutive punches to Yoriichi's sword along with Michikatsu's slashes.

Yoriichi automatically blocked the strikes with his sword til a loud clink sound was made before it was followed with the pound noise of metal shattering.

All of us stopped and looked at Yoriichi. His sword had broken.

"Was that us?" I stared bewildered at the sight.

"I think it was" Replied Michikatsu in the same amount of shock I was.

Yoriichi just gazed at his crumbling sword and looked up. Instead of a sad or angry expression, he just smiled warmly at us.
"You too did amazing." He said softly as he practically threw his sword aside and instantly ran to embrace us. "You two should see your faces!" He said with more emotion.

We responded to the sudden hug with happiness and ultimate confusion before I brought out the mirror I just so conveniently had on my person.
Along  Michikatsu's face was a dark-red fire-like mark on both his upper-right side of his face and lower-left side. While for me, I possessed dark-red marks in the shape of fiery stars going down my neck and stretching along my clavicle.

"Is... Is this..." I stammered

"It is Y/N." Yoriichi said with warmth in his tone along with... pride.

"HOLY SHIT! Michi! We did it! WE FOUGHT YORI TO A STAND STILL" I ran around in pure ecstasy as I jumped up and down holding on their necks.
"We did! We actually did it" Michikatsu said with his voice clearly containing happiness as he embraced me as well but having an underlying tone of envy.

"Sound more excited! We broke his weapon, got slayer marks, cause we slayed! And unlocked that utter hack of an ability, THE TRANSPARENT WORLD" I shouted. "And our weapons didn't break!" At that exact moment, the blades of Michikatsu and all the blades in my gloves, shoes and the actual sword on my back broke and crumbled.

"Ok... screw you too universe, can't have me be happy can you? I didn't even use the sword, how did that break?"

"LANGUAGE" Michikatsu shouted. "Not in front of him" whispered in my ear as we looked at Yoriichi. He just stared at us and tilted his head like a curious puppy.

"... Lets go eat. Fumihito should have made dinner and he makes a lot."

"Do you have shogi?" Asked Yoriichi

"Yeah but I don't know how to play. Fumihito can"

"Ok it will be a match, us two" Michikatsu gestured to himself and Yoriichi. "Against your husband."

"Isn't that kind of unfair? 2 versus 1 is..." I suggested

"We need to make sure our sister married someone competent." Yoriichi uttered before pausing a while. "...and he has a rumour going on that he's good"

I chuckle at their over protectiveness and hold their hands.
"Ok whatever you say." I smile at them and they do the same. "But what about our broken weapons?... the smiths aren't going to be happy!"

"Yoriichi you're telling them!" Michikatsu and I shouted before running off to my home. Yoriichi just stared dumbfounded before realising he is our scapegoat.
