Backstory: Akira is a telekinetic prison guard for Building 13 of Nanba Prison.
Trivia: He occasionally does favors for the inmates of Cell 13 so they don't escape as often. As a child, he had trouble making friends because of his telekinesis. He is popular with women, although he occasionally finds it annoying. He often visits Building 5 with Yamato for training.
