ghost unit is a unit is a minutemen unit of the most elite minutemen rangers out there. their identity's are completely unknown and they are usually used to clear out enclave remanent hideouts to the south, that are closer to the commonwealth. they have heavily modified weapons and ammo that easily tear through light power armor
that being the next point, the retcon of power armor is a pretty controversial topic in the fallout community, some believe to be harmful and makes other parts of the games not make sense, like how brotherhood of steel soldiers are always walking around in power armor despite that costing fusion cores. i have elected that we should use both pre fo4 and post fo4 interpretations of power.
t-45, x02, and mark 2 power armor are all considered "light power armors", which follow the rules of pre fo4 power armor, meanwhile x01, t-51, and t-65 power armors all use fo4 and f76 mechanics.
