"Found it!" Gabriel says triumphantly, waving a rolled up piece of parchment paper in the air.
"Found what?" Everett mumbles, swallowing a bite of his pie.
"The blueprint to the estate the De Santis' just bought asshole," Griffon says, hitting his twin over the head.
I take a swing of my juice and motion for Gabriel to come over to show us.
He walks over to the table in front of the couches we're on and unrolls the paper, revealing an intricate drawing of the house layout.
My eyes scan the paper, my gaze darting between four highlighted parts of the house.
"I'm assuming those are the entrances?" Ari asks, his voice raspy.
"Yep," Gabriel nods, "And they're not on the original design of the house, Burrows added them for God knows why,"
"How do we know the De Santis' don't know about them?" I ask.
"Surely they're not so stupid that they missed four fucking entrances to their property," Griffon scoffs.
"I wouldn't put it past them," Everett mutters, causing my lips to tilt into a smile.
"They're all hidden, you're not supposed to see them. They all lead under the house," Gabriel explains, "There's a network of corridors underneath the house, which is part of the reason the property is sinking, the land isn't stable,"
"Where do they open up to in the house?" I ask, trying to follow the lines with my finger.
"They have openings in some of the back rooms, they're all out of the way and can only be opened from the inside," Gabriel continues, "I've seen them before, and they're virtually impossible to see from inside the house itself,"
"That's some real life spy shit," Everett says in an amused tone, swallowing the last bite of his pie.
Ari lets out his booming laugh, "It's too good to be true," he says, his fingers running though his silver beard.
"Why don't we have some fun with it?" Griffon smirks, looking at Everett as an equally sinister smirk spreads across his face.
"We should let them settle in first," I say with fake sympathy, frowning as Ari laughs loudly and pats my back.
"Our dear Ana," he says, "Always so thoughtful,"
This causes an eruption of laughter throughout the men, the loud noise bouncing off the walls as I clutch my stomach.
"Tomorrow night," Gabriel says decidedly.
"I don't remember the last time we had this kind of fun," Griffon sighs, leaning back in his chair as Everett snickers.
"Well I'd call that a productive day," he says, standing up, "I'm going for a drive," he winks at me before exiting the room.
"Don't leave without me," his twin calls out, hurriedly following him out of the room.
"I think I'll go to my room," I say, smiling at Ari as I get off the couch and walking out of the room.
