Dustin wasn't home by nightfall and Claudia ventured upstairs to her room whilst Scarlett waited up for her brother. A tow truck had taken care of her car and she could stop by the garage in two days to see if her car was salvageable.

Dallas played in the background as Scarlett lay on the couch with Tews on her chest. Similarly to Mews, Tews appeared to have attachment issues with Scarlett which would make for an interesting problem when Scarlett moved out of Hawkins at the end of Summer. Even if she wanted to take him with her, she wasn't allowed seeing as the dorms had strict rules.

The backdoor opened and Scarlett gently sat up, cradling Tews so he wouldn't fall. The cat didn't appear to care and just sat against Scarlett in silence. "Hey," Scarlett greeted Dustin who appeared startled as he saw her. "Did you have fun?"

No answer came as Dustin quickly kicked off his muddied shoes before running to the couch and skidding to a stop in front of his frowning sister. "Do you still have your Russian dictionary?" He breathed out hurriedly.

Scarlett blinked up at Dustin confused. "What?"

"DO YOU HAVE YOUR RUSSIAN DICTIONARY?" Dustin exclaimed again.

Still utterly confused, Scarlett put a protesting Tews back on the couch. "Yeah, why?" She inquired as she flicked off the lights in the living room and headed up the stairs with Dustin behind her. The youngest Henderson didn't answer and the two just headed up the stairs and into Scarlett's room.

Dustin shut the door behind them as Scarlett pulled a box out from underneath her bed where she had kept her old school supplies. After a few beats, she produced an old dictionary. "Again, why do you need this?" She asked again.

Her brother took the dictionary and pulled out a recorder. "I was trying to contact Suzie, but I couldn't catch her," He mumbled as he fiddled with the device. "But I found this." He pressed play and a few deep voices crackled through.

"What's that?" Scarlett asked as she took her glasses off. "Doesn't sound like English," She muttered.

"It's from Russia" Dustin grinned at Scarlett far too happily.

Rubbing a hand over her face, Scarlett shook her head. "How are you so sure?"

"Because they're speaking Russian," Dustin spoke in a matter-of-fact voice as though it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Doesn't matter, I'm going to need you and Steve to help me translate." Dustin flicked open the dictionary and his eyes widened at the unknown characters on the page.
