Somewhere else in Vinyl City Rodney has woken up to discover that he is in an unknown District he started walking at the district while also feeling pain he sees the bow and arrow in his heart and immediately takes it off releasing a bunch of spark in the process he soon remembered what Bennett said in the past that he doesn't belong anywhere feeling defeated he continued to walk in the district while a bunch of unknown random people start singing

Rodney then runs away pushing through the bushes around him until he saw bigweld and hugged him while the Angels sings however he then learns that it was all of the hallucination and he was back at the district

He then lies down on the floor as it began the rain feeling defeated he sings The Final notes
Rodney: 🎶 any way the wind blows
Suddenly a strange person with an umbrella walked up to him Rodney looked up to see the person's appearance. he has a sonar screem for a head. He wears a red turtleneck within a white uniform, Paired with white Cape with a large fur collar. He noticed that he was wearing several medals pinned with chest, then the mysterious person said in his robotic voice
???: do you have a name?
Rodney realizing that he can be trusted decide to introduce himself
Rodney: I'm... Rodney... Rodney copperbottom. And I know it's a stupid name
Send me the person just smiled

He then let's rodney stay at his place
