I sink into my chair.
It feels like your words burn into my skin.
She sits with you, touching your

I nearly lose my mind with overwhelming want
to be able to
do that again
I am wrapped up by hate
A blanket of hate, and
Uncannily,
it's warm
It soothes me
Everything will be okay.

My chest caves in with overwhelming rage
