Shadow ran back to his house where he left Sonic.
"Sonic?" Shadow walked into his room.
"Hey Shad's." Sonic said getting up. Shadow grabbed him and kissed him.
"Miss me?" Sonic laughed.
Shadow put a small smile on his face.
"Look it's Rouge, she got injured badly, Amy's checking on her. .. And Tails-" Before shadow could finish.
Sonics Color faded away. "No, he's not-"
"No.. he shot Eggman. I think he needs you more than anyone right now, he's mentally unstable right now." Shadow said.
Sonic sighed in relief. "Ok ok, where is he?" Sonic asked.
The two went over to Amy's where Rouge was in the bed. Knuckles stood beside her not moving or even looking away his focus was her. Tails sat in the corner.
"Tails?" Sonic said walking up to him.
"Sonic?" Tails got up wiping his eyes.
"Hey buddy." Sonic hugged him.
Tails buried his head into Sonics chest. Sonic patted his back.
"You okay?" Sonic asked.
Tails looked down for a moment.
"Yea... Yea I'll be fine." Tails said.
They turned their focus on Rouge. Amy mumbled while she walked around grabbed materials.
"How bad is it?" Shadow asked.
Amy turned to him.
"It's-" She glanced at Knuckles,who was waiting for an answer.
Then she looked back at Shadow.
"It's bad... Her left leg is broken so is her wings, she has a mild concussion, I'm- I'm honestly surprised she's-alive.Due to the big impact."
Knuckles stiffened up, looking down at Rouge.
"Is She going to lose her memory?" Knuckles asked.
Amy looked at Rouge.
"Maybe, if she does it'll be temporary. She might not we'll just have to see. " Amy said.
"Well let's let her rest..." Sonic said.
"You're right." Amy said.
Everyone walked out but Knuckles.
"Knu- nevermind "Amy closed the door leaving the Knuckles and Rouge alone in the room.
Knuckles POV
I looked at her, both worried and relieved.
"Please wake up Rouge." I held her hand.
