Muenster the Muscle, a short and stocky white rat in a grey jumpsuit and dark purple beanie, and Miss Swiss, a female white rat with dark purple hair in a grey jumpsuit, stand by his side. Across from them sits Mr. Big, a large, rotund beige rat wearing a dark green pinstripe suit and a dark purple mask, known as 'The Big Cheese'.

"Gentlemen and Miss Swiss, I present to you the progress of our masterful plan—The Cheese Plan! The name came to me while I was enjoying a delightful bag of Cheez-Its."
Jeremiah presses a button, and the screen transitions to a visual representation of their scheme.

"Propaganda is most effective when it is spread in times of chaos and uncertainty. That's why we will utilize the bullies of Brentwood Academy to cause widespread chaos, destabilizing the city. This will create the perfect conditions for our next step."
