Mela: Nate was sitting outside of Heidi's home dressed in dark clothes covering every inch of his body waiting for the right time to steal the Cullinan diamond. Why isn't our beautiful Miss Freen doing the stealing tonight you may ask. It's because she's hosting an adoption anniversary party for her brother Heng. A few days ago, she got a call from her mother Charunee Chankimha with the request.

Freen was in the office reading the contracts for a new fertilizer company she is interested in partnering with when she got interrupted by the Darth Vader ringtone on her cell phone which could only mean one person, her mother, Charunee Chankimha.

Freen: Good afternoon. Glad that you remembered you have children, Charunee.

Charunee: Oh please. Like you even care if I'm alive or not. Freen rolled her eyes. I just called to remind you that in a month we have the annual Chankimha ball. I need you and your brother on your best behavior.

Freen: I already received the invitation in the mail so what's the real reason for your call? Well, they seem to have a beautiful loving relationship...

Charunee: I need you to throw a party for your brother. Your father and I are going abroad to fix some issues on our estate in Brazil and we won't be able to celebrate his adoption anniversary with him this year.

Freen: Didn't you use that excuse last year? Anyway, I still don't see a reason why I should throw him a party. Heng is always throwing parties for himself. He can do it this time too. Charunee groaned.

Charunee: Fine! Another one of his friends OD-ed at his last party. Woah... Heng always seems like the more responsible one in this sibling relationship. You know your brother tends to overdo it with the drugs and alcohol at his party. Your father has had enough. We can't afford any more family secrets leaking out so I need you to throw him a normal party, and post some photos on social media if he wants to inebriate himself after he can do it at a club, but I don't want him throwing any more of his famous parties. Freen winced at the mention of the family secret that was leaked.

Freen: I don't think a single party will stop Heng from his usual ways. He probably needs to go to rehab.

Charunee: He's not an addict, Freen. We just need you to present a united front with your brother. We need the media to know that the Chankimhas are still here and stronger than ever. Freen tapped her pen on the desk annoyed. She thought about it for a second and then something clicked. She could host the party at Heidi's house and plan the robbery from there.

Freen: I guess I could do it at Heidi's if she agrees and I could invite some of my friends. Charunee clapped her hands.

Charunee: That will be perfect. We have seen fewer news articles regarding your womanizing days so if you post something with both Heidi and your brother people will see how serious you are about the relationship and forget about that interview you had with Dao Anurak. You had to say that on TV and flirt with the reporter too? Freen chuckled.

Freen: I can't help what I am, mother. I am my father's daughter. Or don't you remember the parade of men that Saint Chankimha brought to the house every night while you looked the other way? The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Charunee: Just throw the party for your brother and come to the ball with Heidi by your side. Your father sends his regards. Just like that, she hung up the phone. Yes, Saint Chankimha uses his marriage as a cover for his gayness. When he tried to come out to his parents, they forced him to get married to Charunee. He told her how he felt, and they both had their lovers. Saint is less prudent about it. He says he doesn't want to hide who he is in his own house.
