2. A Blessing or a Curse
"If no human could see you Soobin..." I started to say, "What am I?" I grabbed his hand. "WHAT AM I?? How can I see you or touch you!? What's... wrong with me...?" Tears began to form at the base of my eye. I didn't want to be special. I didn't want to be different.
"Shhh," Soobin said. I looked up at him. His warm smile, kind eyes...I wanted to just melt into him and stay there forever...no worries...no schoolwork...just me and...Soobin. "There's nothing wrong with you," he pulled me into a hug and I hugged him back. His presence was so comforting. "If you can see spirits, wouldn't that be a blessing? You could have friends with you on both sides so you will never be lonely right?" He smiled down at me, his dimples making an appearance. I buried my face in his chest again.
"Thank you...Binnie." I could practically hear him smirking.
"Is that your nickname for me? I guess I'll have to find one for you then..." I separated myself from him and lightly punched his shoulder.
"Don't you dare!" I laughed.
"Hey!" Mum yelled, "Stop being so loud in there!"
"Sorry mummmmm!" I yelled back. I looked back at Soobin, and we both collapsed in laughter. Soobin gasped.
"I've got it! We should ask my hyung!" His expression turned sad. "Oh... I'll be in trouble if he sees you..." I cocked my head.
"What do you mean?"
