There was not, in fact, a Sunday Apparently, I had marked my calendar wrong, so instead of it being Sunday tomorrow, it was freaking Monday. I glared at the clouds.
"Frick you Choi Soobin," I said, annoyed. "This is your fault-" I quickly shoved my school stuff in my backpack and ran to my school as it was literally across the street. I saw my friend, Kayla and greeted her. "BB! DO YOU HAVE THE MATH HOMEWORK?!" I yelled at her, shaking her shoulders aggressively.
"Uh. Yeah why?"
"I thought today was Sunday and didn't do it..." I muttered almost about to cry.
"Fine. You can copy.." Kayla said, rolling her eyes. My eyes glimmered in happiness.
"Thank you!" I said, and dragged her over to a table to copy off of her. Almost immediately after, the bell rang. I ran into my homeroom to see my friends Amelia, and Dani.
"Guys!" Amelia exclaimed in a hushed tone. "I heard there's a new student in our class! And apparently he's super fine! Eee!" She squealed. Dami rolled her eyes.
"Ew." She said in disgust. I shook her.
"You're literally such a killjoy Dami! Ooh what if he has a good personality too!" I grinned in excitement, staring at Amelia.
"Ooh and what if one of us dates him and then we find out he's a rich CEO vampire guy-" Amelia and I squealed together in unison while Dami just shook her head at us. While imagining what the new student could be like, Soobin's face flashed in my head. I flushed. Stop it! It's not like we're anything anyway... I thought, trying to get his face out of my head. The teacher walked in and we all sat in our seats.
"Alright today, we have a new student joining our homeroom." The teacher said, scanning the classroom. "You may come in. When you've introduced yourself, you can sit next to that person," he said pointing at me. The new student lifted up his hoodie and my eyes widened. I blinked harshly to see whether my eyes were deceiving me. Nope. They were not. Soobin was standing at the front of the class and waving around while shyly smiling. We made eye contact, and he gave me a sly smile.
"Hello, my name is Choi Soobin. It's nice to meet you all."
