The meadow was even more beautiful than I could have remembered it. But this time, instead of going into the area we were in before, Soobin led me through the dense area of trees to finally reach a small grove with a giant tree in the middle. I let out an audible gasp. The tree felt so overflowing with energy... and... life. It was truly majestic. Soobin smirked at how stunned I looked.
"Cool right?" He said. I just nodded. Soobin then grabbed my hand and led me inside the hollow on the side of the tree. The inside was actually bigger than I thought it would be, and the room we entered seemed to be like a kitchen/dining room. What do spirits eat, anyway? I wondered. There was another, different boy who seemed younger than me and Soobin sitting at the table. He had slightly long brown hair, but not long enough to be considered a mullet that was kind of wavy and puffy, greenish irises, a dark bluish green jacket, and an extremely handsome face. He was staring at a phone type of thing, except instead of having a regular case, the back was covered with vines and stuff with a branch-like cord connected to the side of the tree.
"Hey Hyung," The boy said while waving, not looking up from his device.
"Hey Beomgyu," Soobin said. So his name is Beomgyu... "Do you know where Yeonjun Hyung is?" Beomgyu finally looked up.
"What do you need to talk to Yeonjun Hyung for..." Beomgyu stared at me and then narrowed his eyes at Soobin. "Soobin, who the hell is this? You know we're not supposed to interact with other spirits," He said, side-eyeing me.
"Uh well actually I'm not a spirit so..." I said. "I'm actually a human.." Beomgyu's eyes widened and he stared at me.
"Wait then..how can you see us?!" His eyes flashed to Soobin's hand holding mine. "And how is Soobin..?"
"We don't know." Soobin said. "That's why we're going to Yeonjun. To see whether Yeonjun can ask the tree why this has occurred."
"I think Yeonjun Hyung is in the library with Taehyun." Beomgyu spoke. Soobin nodded and looked at me.
"Come on."
