Take it back, take it back. Everyone, look at me. I walk in the door and you start screaming. Come, everyone, what are you here for? Move your body like a nympho.
I reached for my phone with my eyes closed, but I couldn't reach it. So I opened my eyes and groaned as the sun hit my eyes. After a few seconds of adjusting to the light, I give up and stretch, dancing to the still playing alarm.
I end the phone alarm and go to the bathroom. I look at myself in the mirror, with messy hair and tired eyes, wearing a baggy shirt and shorts. I turn on the shower to the coldest temperature. While waiting, I look in the mirror and tell myself that today will be a peaceful day. I take a deep breath in and out, a habit I've had since middle school when my depression was severe. But now that I've graduated and gone to college, it has been moderate.
I check the water and get in. As soon as I do, I get goosebumps and jump. Then I fully adjust and dunk my head in the water to wash my face. I ask Siri to play my playlist and grab my rag. I use my sensitive dove soap and exfoliating dove soap and bathe myself while shouting, 'Hola, mírame'

As the wind caressed my body, I luxuriated in its soothing embrace while Amelia remained focused on the road. In the interim, I reached out to my parents and siblings, assuring them of my safety and informing them of my upcoming job interview.
Their heartfelt response echoed their love for me, coupled with their well wishes for my success. My siblings, in their characteristic exuberance, added amusing emojis, a testament to their enduring youthful spirits. Our exchange concluded with mutual wishes for each other's safety.
