MATTS POV!
MY EYES fluttered open, squinting at the bright sunlight peaking through the window. its takes me a second to realize my surroundings.
my arms are still wrapped around emma. the same position we fell asleep in. everything about this moment feels so natural, everything is perfect. i wish we could stay like this forever. i wouldn't ever get up.
but of course everything is ruined when all of a sudden i hear this agitating, grating voice.
"hate to interrupt whatever this is but please get the fuck up, we have a meeting with laura in an hour." i turn around to see chris standing in doorway of my room. i wait for him to leave but he just continues standing there and we're now staring at each other.
"ok just give me 5 more minutes" i plead and turn back around and go back to my original position, cuddling into emma.
and i swear not even 2 seconds later i hear stomping making its way towards my bed, and the blankets are abruptly pulled off of us.
"what the fuck, chris" i groan.
"i told you, you have to get up right now or we will be late." he repeats himself.
"chris let me get some fucking rest before i beat the shit out of you." emma threatens, still half asleep
he raises his hands in each side of his head and speaks. "yea i wanna make it to yalls wedding, so ima leave. but only five minutes its important"
i flip him off and grab my phone.
