Musician Noah Puckerman has filed for divorce from his wife, actress Quinn Fabray, after less than seven years of marriage. Puckerman has cited that the marriage has ended due to "abandonment," and sources close to the couple say that the final straw was Quinn's unwillingness to participate in couples therapy to revive their marriage.
Abandonment? Let's talk about what it was like to deal with postpartum depression after my fourth baby & trying to raise her and my other three children while my husband and his temper were on tour. Or maybe the reason we're getting divorced is because no matter how many times I've tried to help him or get him help, Noah cannot stop choosing drugs and alcohol over his wife and children.
Quinn sent the tweet and took a deep breath as she pocketed her phone.
Quinn and Puck had always handled their business and their relationship privately, but she was pissed and upset and exhausted, and therefore, impulsive.
Immediately, Quinn regretted it. She took her phone out again and went online to delete the tweet, but she knew it was too late.
There were already tons of retweets and responses.
Quinn deleted the tweet anyway as Beth entered the room.
"Mom, what the hell is this?" Beth demanded, holding up her phone with the screenshot of Quinn's tweet.
"I deleted it." Quinn replied.
"Not before everyone saw it." Beth said. "My friends already texted me about it."
"I'm sorry." Quinn apologized, not knowing what else to say.
"This is hard enough without you posting everything online." Beth pointed out.
Quinn bit her lip.
"And what about Dad?" Beth demanded. "You think he deserves this?"
"I know you're upset about the divorce, but I need you to stay out of it." Quinn said softly.
"Stay out of it?" Beth repeated. "This affects all of us, not just you and Dad."
"We're figuring it out." Quinn told Beth. "We're gonna find a way to make this as easy on all of you as possible."
"And writing things about our family online is making it easy on us?" Beth questioned Quinn.
"You think I don't know what's gonna happen when everything is settled?" Quinn questioned Beth. "You're gonna go wherever your father goes, and you're gonna spend the rest of my life hating me."
Beth furrowed her eyebrows. "Mom."
"I'm sorry." Quinn apologized.
Beth looked at Quinn as her phone began ringing.
"Beth, I have to take this." Quinn noted. "Can we finish this conversation later?"
"Fine." Beth said as she walked away, slamming the door behind her.
Quinn took a deep breath as she accepted the call and put the phone to her ear. "Hi, Puck."
