24. Claim him

Kaitlyn
I didn't sleep a wink the night before. I spent the rest of the night watching Niko sleep. There were so many things going through my head. These feelings were new and strange to me. The good thing was that I spent the night being productive. I was looking forward to the reaction of Taylor especially to what I've been up to while everyone else was sleeping. I successfully created a new Instagram account all on my own and uploaded over one hundred pictures. Most of them were from the trip that Niko and I took. I smiled. Also, a lot of them were private. Niko had even more intimate ones. I plan to get my hands on those, too. I had officially taken the first major step into showing the world that I really belonged to him.

I took a very adorable picture of Niko while he was sleeping and contemplated for a good fifteen minutes if I should post it or not. I went with the former. Why shouldn't I share him with the world?

MsKaitlynRose: Mine...

That's all I wrote. That one word said it all. Whether I had wanted to accept it or not, he was mine. He made himself mine from the first moment we met.

Once again Caleb was the first to leave a comment. Doesn't he ever sleep?

Calebthetechy: This makes me really happy. Imagine how YOURS will feel...lol

I didn't get a chance to respond to Caleb's comment because blue eyes were now staring lazily at me. I stared back. For a long while neither of us said anything, but eventually he broke the silence.

"Good morning."

"Good morning," I responded hesitantly. He must have sensed my hesitation because he pulled my body closer to his.

"About yesterday," I cut him off.

"It doesn't matter. It's in the past. I don't want to dwell on that." He remained silent, thinking, or maybe he was processing my words.

"You don't have to worry about Victoria anymore."

"Good." That's all I said on the matter. I was not about to waste precious moments talking or even thinking about that bitch. I closed my eyes finally feeling the tiredness that escaped me last night. The warmth and comfort of Niko's body also helped to relax my mind. I knew there were things we needed to talk about, but right now I just wanted to sleep. His arms came around my waist and I snuggled into him some more, burying my face in the crook of his neck. His manly scent washed over me and I breathed it in.

"Are you sniffing me?" I pulled back.

"What? No. Of course not."

"You were." His eyes sparkled with laughter.

"I was not."

"You definitely were." I scoffed.

"Why would I lie? If I was sniffing you I would have said so." He chuckled. I rolled my eyes. He pinned me down underneath him.

"Admit it. If you do then I might take pity on you."

"I'm not admitting to any such thing. And pity is for the weak." He brought his face closer to mine and rubbed his nose against my cheek.

"Is that so?" I stared defiantly at him. I would not admit to sniffing him. That would make me seem like a pervert, which I am not.

"Yes." He ran his tongue lightly over my lips.

"Mhmm, we'll see about that." He was teasing me. He'd find no complaint here. It had been one full day that I hadn't felt him inside of me, and before that it had been days. I hungered for him. I craved him. A moan escaped from my lips. I wanted him. I wanted him and there was absolutely no shame in that. His eyes narrowed understanding the change in the atmosphere around us and he let go of my wrists which he'd had secured in his hands all this time. The moment he did my fingers found their way into his hair. Just a slight tug and I knew I had him under my spell. I opened my legs for him and felt him slowly push his way forward. "This is definitely not a bad way to wake up."
