Nonso p.o.v

"She's around sir." My assistant informed.

"Let her in."

The door opened and I saw Osas enter
She looked so beautiful dressed in a black corporate gown.

Her mouth gaped as she saw my face. " What.. what are you doing here?." She stuttered.

"Have a sit Osas." I offered.

She sat slowly her eyes filled with utter confusion.

Osas p.o.v

Nonso explained everything to me. I was still in shock.

All this while he was the Owner of Oceans hotel.

"Why did you act as a driver then?."

He stood from his seat, headed to me, took my hands and rose me up.

"I'm in love with you Osas. I wanted to be near you."

I shook my head. "It can't be possible. You said your in love with a woman"

"It is you that's the woman Osas." He came closer. " It's you that I love."

Before I knew it his lips landed on mine.

I jerked him away." I can't. I can't do this." I grabbed my purse and headed to the door.

"Osas!" He called but I kept on going.

I headed out the hotel and headed for my car. My phone beeped.

I paused and stared at it. It was the unknown number.

You refused to stay away from Him. You kissed him last night and today you will pay with your life.

I suddenly froze. Fear gripping me. I surveyed the surrounding. There were security. This is a secured area nothing can surely happen.

"Osas!." I turned to see Nonso approach me.

It can't be Nonso. Can it?.

I began to head for my car. I brought out my keys and began to open the door -

"Osas!." I heard Nonso voice. This time filled with warning and fear. I glanced at him and before I knew it he knocked me over and to my shock I heard a loud bang.

Nonso p.o.v

I shouldn't have kissed her. I should have waited.

As I followed her hurriedly I saw her pause and stare at her phone.

"Osas! " I called.

She looked at me and her face was filled with various emotions. Fear especially.

I felt my tummy sink. Was she afraid of me.

She headed for her car and as I came closer I saw a car window wind down slowly and a metallic object flashed.

Osas!

I rushed towards her. I didn't know I had yelled it out loud caused she turned to face me. I knocked her down and allowed my body to press over hers.

A loud bang sounded and I flashed a smile at her.

"Your safe."

I winced out in pain. I heard a tyre screeching sound.

Everything was becoming blurry.

Osas was looking down at me. Tears in her eyes. A man had approached first. Others following.

I reached for her face." I did tell you that I could die for the woman I loved."
