Chapter 2

Taani was conscious, they decided to not ask anything until she tells herself but they scolded her for being careless, "baccha why are you careless, khana kyu nahi khaya, mujhe tumhari zid mani hi nahi chahiye thi, naa tum yahan aati or naa tumhari yeh halat hoti, now you're not staying here at all, we will leave immediately" blabbered Arjun, Taani held his hand, "bhaiya relax ab main theek hu" said in a low voice, "how can I relax, you have any idea looking at you unconscious, it killed me" said Arjun in a cracking voice, she hissed, "bhaiya please don't say that" said with tears welled up, Arjun looking at her tears wiped it, held her in a side hug, she hugged him hiding her face in his chest, he kissed her head. The door opened, Rishu came with Surbhi she ran and hugged Taani, "Tanu yeh kya halat bana li hai tune" said cupping her face, as soon she got to know Taani is hospitalized, she took immediate flight and came Mumbai, Rishu went to pick her, "bhabhi main ab theek hu" said Taani holding her hand, "tumhe theek hona padega jaldi mere liye, apne bhaiya ke liye, Rishu ke liye, hum sab ke liye, you got that" said in a lil strict voice making her nodded, Surbhi pecked her forehead, Taani was asleep due to medicines. Surbhi looked at her husband wrecked state, she took him out holding his hand, "Rishu stay with Tanu hum abhi aaye" said Surbhi, he nodded.
Surbhi took him in the corridors where no one could watch them, she made him look at her, he hugged her tightly hiding his face, she raised her toes hugged him back, rubbing his back and caressed his hairs, "shh Arjun theek hai Tanu or woh theek hojayegi hum hai" said softly. After some time they broke the hug, she wiped his face from her veil, he looked at her and wiped her tears which she was control, she held his hand kissed it, he took her in embrace, she kept her head on his heart, "woh theek hojayegi na", "jarur theek hojayegi". They walked to the room, sat at the chairs outside, she wrapped her hand around his arm, intervened fingers, "I'll talk to the doctor will take her home immediately" said Arjun after sometime, Surbhi looked at him, he saw at her, "Arjun we need to find the reason for her condition, I know woh nahi batayegi hume par we have to know", "Surbhi even I'm desperate to know the reason but doctor said to keep her away from stress", "I understand, we'll make sure she doesn't take any stress but iss tarah yahan se chale jana bina wajah jane or uss wajah ko katam na kare is not the permanent solution, agar hum usse ghar leke gaye toh kya woh sab bhul jayegi, no she won't woh wajah bhi uske saath hi aayega" said Surbhi trying to explain him, Rishu walked out, "Bhai, bhabhi is right, we have to know only then Taani will be out of all this" said in a serious tone which is rare one, "I understand par we can't leave her alone again and now I don't understand that Swayam" said Arjun with anger. "Bhai even I don't trust him isliye I'll stay here with Tanu and also I'll join her college, main uski parchai banke rahunga and once I get to know the reason for her condition I'll destroy the reason" said Rishu with rage, Arjun and Surbhi looked at eachother, "hmm I'll talk to Tanu once, woh kya chahti hai if she wants come home then that's it we are heading home and if she wants to stay here then Rishu you're staying here with her" said Arjun making them nod in agreement.
Rishi Shekhawat caming running after knowing that Taani is hospitalized, "Arjun, beta Taani kaisi hai ab" said panicking, Arjun and Surbhi stood up, they touched his feet, he blessed them, "beta batao kya hua hai Taani ko" asked again, "uncle darsal....", Surbhi explained the situation, he sat with a thud in shock. Arjun said beside him called him, "uncle" but he didn't react, he shaked him a lil, Tauji looked at him, he fold his hands, "I'm sorry beta, Taani ki aaj  jo condition hai woh meri wajah se hai" said crying, Arjun held his hands, "uncle aap yeh kya kar rahe hai", "uncle ismein mein kya galti hai" said Surbhi, "nahi beta sab meri galti hai yeh jante hue ki Swayam ab pehle jaisa nahi raha woh badal gaya hai jab usse apne maa baap ki koi chinta nahi hai toh woh Taani ki kya fikar karega maine Taani ko yeh hi baat samajayi thi par woh nahi maani, ab dekho uski halat inn sab ki wajah Swayam hai or main bhi" said lowering his head. The trio looked at eachother, Arjun looked away controlling his anger, Rishu fisted his hands, Surbhi was angered too, "aap log leke jao Taani ko wapas" said Tauji walked to the door, saw Taani through glass window, her condition broke his heart.
In Swayam house, the gang got settled, Swayam was holding a ice pack on his wound, everyone were shocked by the happenings, Rey was not knowing what to do, he didn't know what's happening, he wanted to meet Taani, Sharon was infuriated. "What just happened" said Simi coming out of shock, "how dare that guy punch Swayam uski kya galti agar Taani bimar hai toh" said Nil, "exactly uski toh aadat hi hai problems create karna" said Vicky, "but what happened to her suddenly she was fine till yesterday" said Neha, "kuch nahi hua woh pagal hogayi hai" said Bharat, "what the hell" said Rey, "woh doctor ne kaha na mental", "he said mental stress" said Rey gritting, "Rey don't forget tumhari gf ki wajah se Swayam got hurt woh bhi bina wajah" said Vishaka. The doorbell ran, Kaka opened to find Rishi Shekhawat, he walked inside, Swayam stood up, "papa" he said but Rishi slapped him hard making his lip bleed. "Uncle aap yeh..." Sharon tried saying but he showed her hand, Swayam looked at his father with hurt, "kyu kiya" asked, "kyu kiya aise Swayam" said loudly again , "papa maine kuch nahi kiya" said Swayam trying to explain, "tum bhi acche se jante ho tumne kya kiya, Swayam woh beti hai meri tumhe yeh tak yaad nahi raha ki woh tumhari behen hai sagi nahi par cousin hi sahi" said Rishi, "pata hai galti tumhari nahi hai, galti meri hai jo apne maa baap ka saga nahi hua woh kisi or kya hoga" said with disgust making Swayam stand rooted, he looked at his father in shock. Arjun and Rishu walked inside, everyone turned towards them, "Uncle aap theek keh rahe hai, galti usse zyada hamari hai, mujhe Tanu ki zid ke aage jhukna nahi chahiye tha, naa woh yahan aati naa yeh sab hota uske sath" said Arjun standing with a blank face looking at Swayam with anger, "but bhai, he's more at fault and there's no denying on that" said Rishu, walked to Swayam, others thought he'll again hit him. "Swayam tujhe pata hai Taani mumbai kyu aayi Dehradun se, tere liye bilkul nahi", Rey was shocked 'Dehradun but she's from jodhpur', others too were confused, "apni taiji ke liye, tumhari mom ke liye", Swayam looked at him with confusion, "yeah, she came here to know the reason for you're changed nature, your distant behaviour towards your family, your mom's health was deteriorating, she was depressed jaise aaj Tanu hospitalized hui hai you're mom too was" said making him shock, he had no idea about it, "they tried to contact you but you weren't available and when you got time you said, they embarrass you with constant calls, you're friends tease you for that, remember" said Rishu with disgust, Tauji shaked his head in disbelief, "shame on you, tum jaise bete se toh log bina bacche ke rahe tum jaisa bhai kisi ko na mile, you disgust", "Tanu sirf apni taiji ke liye aayi thi to make you understand and take you to your mom so that her health improves but what you did, tumhari wajah se aaj meri behen hospital pahuch gayi, I'm not gonna spare you for sure" said Rishi with rage. Arjun came and stood infront of Swayam, the look on his face scared the hell out of him, "Swayam tum bhul gaye ho sab right, let me remind you I'm Arjun Goenka or agar koi meri behen ki taraf aankh uta kar bhi dekhe main bardasht nahi karta and you're the reason for her pain so be ready to face the hell and sorry uncle main bilkul bhi yaad nahi rakhunga yeh Taani ka kuch lagta hai because clearly he don't" said with a cold voice. "Rishu get Tanu's things", Rishu ran to the room kaka guided him, he packed all her things and came back, "uncle hum chalte hai" said, "beta ho sakhe toh mujhe maaf karna" said folding his hands, Swayam felt worst he was ashamed, Arjun held his hands,"uncle please nahi" said nodded in 'no', "beta main bhi ab chalta ho wapas jodhpur" said Tauji, both touched his feet and left. Tauji looked at Swayam once walked away wiping his tears, Swayam fell on his knees, his friends didn't know what to do, Sharon rushed to him, "Swayam" she kept hand on his shoulder, "Swayam relax calm down, your father might have misunderstood you...." tried to console him but Swayam looked at her with red teary eyes, he removed her hand, "no don't justify my mistakes, and I have done sin, pehle mom now Taani both are suffering because of me" said rubbing his face, "but Swayam that's not your fault if they are way too sensitive" said Vishaka, "exactly man, and woh logo tujhe aise treat kar rahe hai as if you're done a crime" said Nil, "woh logo kuch bhi nahi kar sakte when actual fault is their sister, who's a cry baby" said Simi said making others nod. Swayam stood up, "just shut up, enough I don't want any of you talk anything on this topic, and woh kuch nahi bahut kuch kar sakte hai and they will do it for sure", "Swayam tu khamakha dar raha hai" said Vicky, "no I'm telling you the facts Arjun Goenka doesn't give empty threads ever, he will make sure I suffer and if you guys don't want to get in trouble stay away from Taani and agar uske baare mein kuch galat bolte bhi unn logone sunn liya they will make sure we never dance" said making them shock, "so guys I'm telling you stay away from Taani, uske baare mein baat bhi mat karo" said looked at Rey who was just trying to understand, "Rey you too stay away from Taani forget her" said making him shock, "yeh tu kya bol raha hai you know right I love her", "but now you have to forget all that because they won't ever allow you near her after knowing you are related to me" said Swayam, "so it's better stay away" said and walked to his room, "Rey, Swayam is right, she isn't right for you, uske woh bhai are hell possesive for her they will harm you so please stay away from her" said Sharon making him understand, Rey without saying anything walked away, the gang too left.
