Kuro!Kaneki - Family Visit

"Are you nervous Kaneki?" You asked as you were walking to your house to show Kaneki your mom for the first time. To Bo honest, you were the one who was nervous. He could tell by the way you held his hand.

"A little bit, looks like you are more though (F/N)-Chan." Kaneki said as he looked at your hands intertwined. You bit your lip and nodded.

"I am, really nervous. My mom can be a bit..um..a bit, rude?" You held his hand pretty tight as you approached the front door to your house. You looked at Kaneki then you hesitant turned the knob on the door.

"I'm here mom!" You said kinda loud so your mom could hear you. You both took your shoes off at the door and made your way into the living room. You both sat down near a table and you noticed Kaneki looking around your house. "Make yourself at home." You said.

"NEE-Chan!" Multiple footsteps could be heard as three little kids made they're way to you, they ran and tackled you down which caused you to let out a laugh and you put your arms around the three kids. Kaneki watched and adored how good you were with kids.

"Nee-chan, who is that?" Your brother asked as he pulled on your sleeve and pointed to Kaneki. Kaneki blushed and he smiled at the little boy. Your brother quickly hid behind you.

"Ne, Chiaki dot be shy. This is my boyfriend Kaneki Ken, go say hi." You say as you carefully pushed him toward Kaneki. (Made the name up, it helps writing easier. Don't kill me) Chiaki carefully and slowly made his way toward Kaneki and he stopped about two feet from him.

"Hi Kaneki-nii-chan." He said quietly as he clutched onto the bottom of his shirt.

"Hi there Chiaki-chan." Kaneki said. Chiaki let out a small smile before running back to you.

"Kaneki, let me introduce you to my siblings. The second oldest in my family is my sister Maron, then there is Chiaki, then the youngest, Miyako." They all looked at Kaneki, Chiaki stood next to you, Miyako stood behind you, and Maron stood in front of you.

"Nice to meet you Kaneki-senpai! My name is Maron! I am 9 years old." Maron said as she introduced herself. She stuck out her hand and Kaneki shook it gently.

"Nice to meet you too Maron-chan." Kaneki replied.

"(F/N), is that you?" You heard your mother say.

"Yes mom! It's me! I brought Kaneki with me too!" You shouted back so she could hear. Soon she came out of a hallway and she smiled at all of you.

"Ah! Nice to meet you Kaneki-kun! (F/N) told me a lot about you, what a handsome boy you are!" She said to Kaneki as she sat down on the couch behind you two. Kaneki blushed at her words and when he was about to say something, your mom continued. "I can't believe you would actually like somebody like her though! She's so ugly, she doesn't wear any make up and look at the way she dresses, hideous. Now, let me get you guys some tea!"

Kaneki looked at you as your mom walked away, you looked a bit hurt but you were just smiling at Miyako. When your gaze focused on Kaneki who was looking at you you decided to confront him about it.

"Don't worry about Kaneki, I'm used to stuff like this." You explained to the black haired male. He nodded but he was still worried about you. Soon your mother came back with tea and some snacks.

"Thank you (L/N)-San." Kaneki said as he politely took a snack.

"You're welcome Kaneki-Kun! What manners!" Your mother said. You also grabbed one and are it, your mom always had good snacks. "Don't eat too much (F/N), you're already fat enough."

You nodded at her. She told you this last month, and you've hardly been eating. She always called you fat and it affected how you ate, Kaneki noticed how skinny you were getting but you told him you were on a diet.

"(F/N) go get the napkins on the table." You mom told you and you nodded. But when you stood up you accidentally bumped into Miyako and she fell back and hit her head on the floor. "(F/N)!" your mom yelled as she ran toward Miyako.

"Sorry mom, it was an accident. I didn't see her behind me." You said to her as you bent down to help them, Kaneki was just silent and he watched the whole thing.

"Of course you didn't see her! You never look at your surroundings, what a stupid daughter I have! Try to be smarter next time! Why do you always do things that disappoint me? You're such a dog."

That was enough to break your heart. You started crying and you stood up and walked out the door to outside. You needed time alone. Kaneki stood up and was about to go get you but your mom stopped him.

"Kaneki-Kun, don't bother, she is a cry baby. She is always like this." Your mom said as she soothed Miyako. Kaneki also had enough of it too.

"(L/N)-San, (F/N) is not a crybaby. I've been in this relationship with her for about a year already and this is the first time she's ever cried. What you said really hurt (F/N), she admires you but yet, all you do is think lowly of her. Think about that for a few seconds." And Kaneki went outside to go get you.

Your moms eyes widened as she heard what he said. She didn't think it was mean to you because you never told her about your feelings, you kept it all to yourself. She was starting to feel bad now about what she said to you.

Soon the door opened and it revealed Kaneki hold you close to him, you kept wiping your eyes on your sleeves and you sat down next to Kaneki. He had his arm around you protectively.

"(F/N)." Your mother said. You were too sad to answer so you kept quiet. "Kaneki told me about you a bit, I want to say sorry for hurting you. I didn't mean to hurt you but my words must've hurt you a lot. I'm sorry."

"It's okay mom, I still love you. Kaneki and I are going to take our leave now though." You said and the both of you stood up." You walked up to your mom and gave her a hug. "I'll see you later mama."

"Have a safe trip home." Your mother said as she watched the two of you walk home.

The two of you walked home in silence, all that was heard was your sniffles. Right as Kaneki was about to speak, you spoke first.

"Thank you Kaneki. I needed that." You said as you leaned on him. He smiled a sad smile at you.

"Your welcome. I couldn't stand someone saying things like that too you. I really love you." He said.

"I love you too." The two of you exchanged kisses and continued your walk home together, hands intertwined.
