Chapter 2 - "Sonna Arlond"

After 20 minutes had passed I saw mom coming out and telling us we could enter the room, but weirdly enough, I saw that Giena hadn't come yet, I thought she would come by now.

  But anyways Ilse ignored her and continued cleaning dishes and giving out food and putting things on the table. I rushed upstairs, quickly hugged mom, and rushed to my phone. Then I was shocked to see my phone, well, Sonna's phone had a password.
 
I mean, I was Sonna, but I wasn't. I looked shocked at the phone, then again, that same goddam voice came,

"2706" said the voice, weird, was it going to save my life or something? I thought about the numbers, 2706, my birthday. I looked at the phone and I saw it had a 4 digit code, I decided to enter the random number, and weirdly enough, the phone opened! I was shocked but I ignored it and quickly went to the phone app and dialled Olivia's phone. It rang for a few seconds, or I thought,

"Hello there!" Olivia began, I thought she was actually talking, but when I looked on the screen, it sent me to voicemail,

"It seems like you caught me at the wrong time, call me back in a few minutes alright?" she said as the voicemail ended, great I thought, but maybe Olivia was busy with her own things, I hope.

  I heard a doorbell ring, and I realised, Giena! I ran downstairs as fast as I could, almost tripping and falling on one step and my eyes widened seeing that it was Giena.

  She was hugging my mom and sister, Ilse hugged Giena and waved goodbye. When I got to the end of the staircase, Giena looked at me, and I saw Giena running up to me and giving me a tight hug,

"(German) I missed you so much!" she said, hugging me so tightly I almost couldn't breathe. We went to my room and I sat her down,

"(German) Giena, we have to-"
"I missed you so much Sonna! Oh my god I just had to tell you about the maze I was in! It was so confusing and I met this girl and she was really sweet! Can you believe it?" Giena asked me,
"Giena let me talk, please?" I commanded her softly, she looked at me with confused eyes and stayed silent, and I sighed,

"(German) im...im Mia" I gave in, Giena looked like she was about to laugh,
"(German) funny joke" she said giggling,
"(English) i'm not kidding" I told her with my german accent, she gave me a very confused look, that time,

"You know english? Since when?"
"Please you have to believe me, I was rebirthed into Sonna, this girl. I got so excited because I realized you were my cousin and...I don't know what to do. I tried contacting Olivia but it kept sending me to voicemail" I explained, she gave me an unsure look,

   "Then how do you know german?" she asked,
"I honestly don't know, but I'm going to our school, Squirrel Sun," I comforted. She looked me up and down, grabbed my arm and pulled me into a tight hug. It was so tight, when I let go, I had to catch my breath. I expected maybe she would be confused and maybe even ignore me? Since I kinda took away the Sonna she knew and loved,

"Wait, but you are going to school 2 weeks before it's done?" Giena pointed out,

"I heard i'm going to summer school" I told her,
"All germans moms are like that" Giena said to herself, "Me too, and let's hope Olivia is too. Have you told your mom yet?" Giena asked, and I shook my head, "Good, it's best you don't tell anyone but me. You know what we could do? We could go to Olivia's house, do you remember where she lives?" Giena asked,

"I know where she lives, but I don't know where we are at right now honestly" I told her,
"We are... I can tell you we are somewhat close to the school, come on let's go" she said as she grabbed my arm and practically dragged me down onto the street. When we got outside, it was the first time I could finally breathe fresh air, I was either in the hospital, car, or house. I saw a big, really big building not too far ahead. If I could walk to it, I could reach it in less than 5 minutes!
