28: Hyejin

MINHYUN'S POV

I reached my home ready to face hyejin after many years but when I got off the car I saw the door is still locked that means she's not here yet.

I unlocked the door, went inside and  took my shoes off and went straight into the kitchen to drink water. After drinking I was about to go upstairs in my room but suddenly I got a call. I took out my phone from my pocket and saw that dad is calling.

I sighed and picked it up.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hello, Minhyun?" He said.

"Something happened?" I asked.

"where are your manners? You should greet me first.....You won't listen. Anyways, Did you forgot that your sister is coming today?" He sighed.

"No" I said.

"She'll be there anytime so wait for her" he said.

"She is coming alone? Aren't you with her?" I asked.

"No, I'm overseas. I told you I have work" he replied.

"Really dad? How can you let her come alone? What if something happened to her?" I raised my voice a little.

"Nothing will happen to her. She is not a small kid now" he sternly said.

"Dad, you care this much about your work that you don't even have time for your own family?" My voice cracked.

"I already told you I'm overseas and I can't waste this deal! It'll be very profitable to our company" he said.

"I can't with you! You don't care about us at all! I hate this" I said.

"Son, I'm doing this for you two! So you can have all the facilities. I want the best for you. I care for you guys that's why I'm doing this all! And if you think I don't love you and hyejin, you're wrong! I love you all so much and I really miss your mom" he said.

"I don't want to talk to you! I hope you will realise someday that mom died because of you! And thank you for letting hyejin stay here with me. She will be good without you. Bye, now you can do your so called work!" I yelled.

"Son-" I declined the call.

"Fucking hell!!" I rubbed my face with my hands.

Suddenly the bell of the door ringed.

I guess Hyejin is here....shit I'm not ready to face her.

Ugh...

I went towards the door and held the knob ready to meet her...

I opened the door and saw a pretty girl but not more than Ha eun.

Wtf.... that's hyejin?

"Oppa!!!" She hugged me as soon as she saw me. Tears developed in my eyes.

"Y-you are hyejin?" I stuttered.

"Of course it's me! I missed you" she hugged me tighter.

I hugged her back and said "I m-missed you too"

After few seconds we pulled out and she said "omg oppa! You are handsome now!"

"I know" I said proudly.

"Okay okay aren't you gonna let me in?" She said.

"Oh yeah come in!" I said and took her luggage.

"Hmm... your house is quite big for one person" she said while observing around.

"Yeah, so what do you want to eat?" I asked her.

"Hmm... I'm craving for jjajangmyeon" she said.

"Okay let's order" I said.

After ordering the food we sat down to have some chit chat.

"Well, you became pretty" I said.

"Yeah I know" she said.

"So, was dad treating you well?" I asked.

"Yeah, he was really treating me well" she replied.

"Oh okay, I thought he wasn't treating you well. We just had fight with each other on call" I said.

"Huh why?" She asked.

"I will tell you later" I said.

"Okay, anyways do you have any girlfriend?" She asked and I blushed.

"Ohhh...you are blushing! What's her name?" She wiggled her eyebrows.

"Kim ha eun, she's not my girlfriend yet. But I love her" I said.

"Does she likes you back?" She asked.

"I don't know but I think she do!" I replied.

"And she's coming here tomorrow" I said.

"Oh why?" She asked.

"To meet you" I said.

"Oh...nicee. I would also like to meet her. She must be pretty" she said.

"Yeah she is" I said.

"More than me?" She asked.

"Yes" I replied without thinking twice.

"Aghh" I groaned as hyejin smacked me on my shoulder.

"You are calling other girl pretty when your sister is here!" She said.

"I didn't lie tho" I mumbled.

We continued to chat with eachother while eating our dinner which I ordered. And after sometime she asked me "anyways, where is my room?"

"The one opposite mine" I said.

"Okay show me. I wanna rest" she sighed.

"Okay come" I said.

After she saw her room she said " oh it's pretty big"

"Do you like it?" I asked.

"Hmm" she hummed.

"Okay you can rest now, good night" I said.

"Hm good night oppa" she said.

I closed the door and also went to sleep.
