I take a deep breath and put on my humidifier. (It keeps me calm and relaxed!)
Grabbing my phone and scrolling through Youtube I find a nice meditation video I can use for today. As I turn on a meditation guide on my phone I get into position feet crossed, controlled breaths, and closing my eyes I peacefully listen to the guide.
