One ladyy was singing the aarti of Narayan. After the Aarti was over,
The lady : Arya yehh lijiye (Showing him the plate to take blessings)
Man : Priye humm abhi nadi ke tat se aaye.
The man was none other than Rishi Manu. He was the first man made by Brahmadeva And Devi Saraswati. His name itself means 'Human'. (I don't know his wife's name some says it was Shatrupa). He and his wife will become the ancestors of a new human race to replenish the Earth Lets see how!
Manu prays the river and suddenly he sees that a large fish was trying to gulp the smaller fish which will be as small as your anamika (small finger). He saves that fish and decides to keep it with him untill it becomes so suffiecient that it can protect itself. He takes the fish to his kutiyaa (hut).
(His thinking was to help the little fish and nothing more than that..)
Manu ~ Priye see whom I have brought.
Shatrupa sees the fish with the questioning eyes so Manu explains her.
AT NIGHT ~
Shattrupa was arranging everything for sleeping but suddenly she sees that the dish in the pot is being little bit large than the morning.
Shatrupa ~ Nathh!
Manu while coming ~ Yes priye what happened?
Shatrupa ~ Swami see that fish is looking a bit larger than the morning.
Manu while taking the glance of the fish ~ *laughs* No priye you must be imagining that. How can the fish can grow so fast?
Shatrupa ~ Hmm. Yes may be you are right. Lets leave that sleep. You have to wake up at 4:00 am as always if you remember!
Manu ~ Haa yes
They both slept peacefully!
IN MORNING ~
Manu goes for his morning prayers and Shatrupa starts completing her household chores. Later after 1 prahar Manu comes at home. Just coincedently he sees the fish and starts thinking about the words Shatrupa told him yesterday and SUDDENLY, The fish grows a bit in front of his eyes making him shocked. He cant believe about what he saw just now. He calls Shatrupa and narrates everything to her
Shatrupa ~ Let me bring a bigger pot as that fish must be feeling uncomfortable there.
After a minute, she transfers the fish..The fish becomes larger and again the fish was not feeling comfortable as the pot was not of her size. This time manu brings a bigger vessel and transfers the fish. Again the same thing happens. Now both of them becames shock. How can this happen?
Manu ~ Priye I guess this fish is miraculous we should again put it in the river or else she might be angry with us.
Shatrupa agrees. So Manu and Shatrupa leaves the fish in the river. When they were leaving from there they heard a small voice. They looked here and there but no was there. When they saw carefully the fish was talking with them.
Manu ~ Hey divine Matsya who are you? Please bless us to witness your real form. We know you cant be a ordinary fish.
They both joint their hands
The fish turns into a human but the different thing was,

They both understood that whom they were witnessing the sight of, HE'S NONE OTHER THAN NARAYAN
Narayan ~ Utho putro! I am here to give you the most important work! The future of the whole manushya jati is depended on it.
Manu and Shatrupa looks at each others face in confusion.
After guessing their curiosity, Narayan explains them whatever happened and about the destroying the life on Earth as every being present here is became blind in Adharma.
Narayan ~ Child I know you must be thinking that what is your role on this. Child you gave an excellent example of how a human should be so I bless you that you that you will be the the starter of the human race after the pralaya. Putra first of all you have to do my work. You must build a long wooden ship. You should carry a large rope, sample of each plant species and of each animal. Call the 12 hrutuvas who are your other brother as they were also created by Brahmadeva. After this overs, you will take them into the ship you built and do my avhana (call me). The flood will be occured and the destroyance will be started. I will carry you all on a safe place and a new beginning will be started.
