Rowan and Issac Lahey had been dating all summer break and they had been having the best time.

The two teenagers spent countless days together, and of course many nights.

Rowan, Stiles Stilinski and her twin brother Scott McCall had spent their summer nights together when they could, having late night movie sessions and sneaking out to the woods to watch the stars.

Rowan had been making her way up the ranks at the hospital. Her doctors let her sit in during appoinments to take notes, they mentored her on treatments and diseases. It was basically a internship at this point.

But Rowan spent her summer keeping secrets. She hadn't told anybody about the bite she had gotten from Derek Hale, nor had she told Derek the fact that she hadn't gone through any sort of werewolf transitions.

It was as if she was the second Lydia Martin, one of the few people that survived the werewolf bite and remained normal.

Or so the two girls thought.

The night Allison Argent returned from paris was the night the pack would be sucked yet again into the world of supernatural.

Among the chaos of dryads, alpha packs and mythical foxes, Rowan has to find a way to protect not only her family but Issac and her from ending in flames.

Because if Rowan can't find a way to control her old demons, she might lose herself for good.
