As i walked out the door of my moms room, my dad walked in. I looked at him and he sighed "Drew I--" i didn't listen. I ran upstairs without saying a word. I sighed and locked my door as i walked in. I sat down leaning against my window seat. I looked at Corey as he slept, i know it sounds weird but he looked adorable. His brown hair was curling curly and how he pulled the covers up to his chest. He looked really peaceful. I smiled and crawled over to my desk. I pulled out a blank sheet of paper and some pens. I began to draw what i saw

I finished the drawing and looked at him. He furrowed his eyebrows in his sleep which made me chuckle "Dinner!" my mom yelled out. I folded the paper and Corey's eyes slowly opened "I will bring you up some food okay?" i said and he nodded still sleepy. I walked downstairs and shut the door quickly. Everyone looked at me and i paused. Act normal. I smiled and rushed downstairs. I looked at my mom and dad "Can i eat in my room?" i asked. My dad looked at me confused. I looked at my mom and she furrowed her eyebrows as i raised mine. She made a face of realization "Sure Honey" she smiled. I smiled and walked over to the spaghetti. I poured a bunch of it onto the white plate and grabbed two forks "That's a lot of food Drew.." my dad said.

I looked at him with no expression "Yea" i said and walked upstairs. I slammed the door and locked it. When i turned around Corey was sitting up on the bed looking at a piece of blank paper. I set the plate down on the floor and looked at him "You drew me" he smiled not taking his eyes off the paper. I blushed and looked down "Yea.. I just thought it would be a good drawing so I... Yea" i said embarrassed. He shook his head "This is honestly beautiful" he said getting up and sitting in front of me "Everything i do you think is beautiful" i chuckled putting spaghetti in my mouth

"Beautiful people do Beautiful things" he smiled. I looked down and smiled. He chuckled "Even when they have spaghetti sauce on there face" he laughed and wiped sauce off the side of my mouth. I laughed and he did too

"This weekend i wanna show you somewhere okay?" he said and i nodded "Okay Corey" i smiled

I woke on to the sound of light rain. It had been raining for the past week. I squinted my eyes when i felt someones arm on my stomach. I looked and saw Corey. I chuckled and moved out from his arm and looked out the window. It was beautiful. I shook Corey's arm "Hey sleepy head. Wake up" i smiled and he slowly opened his eyes "What time is it?" he asked his morning voice raspy. I felt butterflies in my stomach "Time for you to get up.. Come on" i smiled and he slowly got up "How do your ribs feel?" i asked "Better... they may be just bruised" he said shrugging. I saw a pile of clothes on the dresser and looked at it confused. I walked over to it and it had a note on it "Corey come here" i whispered and he came up behind me. He put his arms out beside my body and squinted his eyes "Dropped these off for Corey :)"

I smiled at the note and Corey did too. I leaned my forehead on his jaw and let out a giggle. I ducked out from his arm and walked into my closet. I put on the white crop-top sweater i mentioned before and a pale blue shirt that stopped mid thigh and a pale blue bomber jacket to match the skirt. I smiled at my outfit and stepped into the bathroom. I curled my hair at the bottoms and sat on my bed. I put on my white shoes and nodded "I'm ready" i whispered. It was early way before my parents would wake up so we could sneak out

"Wanna stop at the coffee store?" Corey whispered and i nodded "The Hayes?" i asked and he nodded. The Hayes was a coffee and book store. Also known as the place i love to death.

We slowly and quietly walked downstairs and rushed out the door. I paused at the door and grabbed a clear umbrella and stepped out the door "Good thinking" Corey winked and i smiled. We began walking down the sidewalk to the pouring rain and rising sun

We stepped into The Hayes and i shut the umbrella and put it in the holder. I picked a table while Corey ordered our food. I sat down at a table by the window and corey arrived with little white cups. I smiled and he placed them down

We sat in silence for a bit watching the rain and each other "Do you ever just wanna leave this town?" i asked and he smiled "To Neverland darling" he chuckled taking a sip of his coffee. I looked at him confused "What's that?" i asked and he looked at me like i was crazy "Neverland? You know? Peter Pan?" he asked and i shook my head "I don't know what that is" i said taking a drink. His jaw dropped "You never seen Peter Pan? The Disney movie" he said and i shook my head chuckling "No, my dad thinks they will make me not focus on my life" i rolled my eyes and Corey shook his head "Well we are seeing that this weekend" he smiled. We clanked out cups together and took a drink. I think i might be falling for him..

We had to leave the coffee store and go to school because it was getting time. I walked down the hallways when i bumped into Mr. Hanes "Oh hello Drew!" He said and i smiled "Hello Mr. Hanes" i smiled "I was just looking for you" he said dragging me to the side. I began to worry if it was about my bruise "I was wondering if you could make me something" he said and i nodded my head slowly, gesturing him to go on "I am very impressed with your artwork and since you didn't take Art classes... I want your art to be more known" he smiled and i dropped my jaw "R-really!" i said excitedly "Yes ma'am, you don't have to show your face if you don't like but i want to show people what skill you have" he nodded and i smiled "Yes! I can totally do that!" i said nodding "I will bring by some art work sometime and you can pick ones you like" i said and he nodded

"Now get to class, Oh! and remember.. Creativity is Key" he said and i nodded and rushed off to my class

I was a bit late but the teacher let it slide. I sat down in my seat and Corey looked at me confused "Where were you?" he asked and i smiled "Mr. Hanes wants me to show off my artwork! I am gonna be handing him some drawings later" i smiled wide and Corey did too "I guess beautiful things happen to beautiful people too" he winked and i smiled. Yea.. I fell for Corey
