Her piercing gaze fixated on the day she got expelled from the Jedi Order, her heart heavy with a mix of pain and isolation.Instead of a calming view, the memory of that fateful day consumes her thoughts.

She vividly recalls the moment she walked into the Jedi Council chamber, her palms sweaty and her mind racing. The room was filled with stern faces, and at the centre, Qui-Gon Jinn stood, defending her actions. Qui-Gon's voice resonated with conviction as he pleaded her case.

"Members of the Council, Atarah's use of the Force may have deviated from the Jedi Code, but her intentions were pure. She acted out of compassion and a desire to protect others. We must consider the circumstances and the potential she possesses."

Mace Windu, his expression hardened, countered, "Compassion alone cannot justify such actions. The Jedi Code exists for a reason, and we cannot allow it to be disregarded."Atarah's heart sank as she listened to their heated discussion. The weight of their words bore down on her, amplifying her pain and embarrassment. She felt exposed, vulnerable, and misunderstood.

Finally, the Council reached a decision. "Atarah Avalonne, your actions have violated the principles of the Jedi Order. We have no choice but to expel you."Tears welled up in Atarah's eyes as she walked out of the council room. She couldn't bear to face the judgmental gazes any longer. Lost in her thoughts and consumed by her emotions, she stumbled upon Obi-Wan Kenobi, someone she had once respected and admired.Obi-Wan's voice carried a hint of disappointment as he said, "Atarah, I cannot condone what you did. The Force is a powerful tool, but we must use it responsibly."

Atarah's frustration reached its peak, her voice quivering with anger. "I did what I thought was right. I couldn't stand by and watch innocent lives being lost."

"But you should not have used the force so irresponsibly," Obi-Wan said, attempting to offer some comfort, reaching for Atarah's hand, but she swiftly pulled away, leaving him hurt. "Who dictates how we use the force, Obi wan?" Atarah asked, feeling exasperated with the whole ordeal.

"The Jedi council do!" "And have you not thought ever once in your life that the Jedi council may be wrong?" Atarah questions, stepping closer to Obi wan. "Have you never thought that they are scared of what we will accomplish if we use the force in other ways than taught?"

"That is the path to the dark side, Atarah, do not speak words such as that. The Jedi council-" cutting him off, Atarah spoke angrily, "The Jedi council are nothing but some cowardly order who claim to be peacekeepers-"

"They are peacekeepers! We are peacekeepers!"

"Keeping the peace of what? So many planets are suffering, and we aren't allowed to interfere in their matter!" "The Jedi council thinks that-" laughing out loud, Atarah shook her head, "do the Jedi order dictate everything you say Obi wan? They are corrupt beings, you have to see this."

"That is treasonous," Obi wan said with an expression of disappointment and anger, "the Jedi order is our life!" "The Jedi order was once my life, and yet is no more," Atarah said, turning her back towards Obi wan.

"What do you mean no more?" Obi wan inquired, hastily, grabbing Atarah wrist, trying to get an explanation from her. He may not have agreed with how she used the force, but he still cared for her.

Shooting him a pointed look, Atarah laughed, "you know what I mean, Obi wan, don't make me say it out loud."

Shaking his head in disagreement, Obi wan tried, "you cannot leave the order Atarah you are very loved here-"

"I did not choose to leave the order Obi wan," Atarah spoke, venom seeping through her voice, her pain, and sadness turning into anger, "they expelled me for misuse of the force!"

"But Qui Gon-" "what is one man going to do against the whole council?" "Atarah-"

"I was forced to join the Jedi order, to abdicate my throne and-"

"We were all forced to join the order! It is a privilege!"

     "I lost my family!"

Scoffing, Obi wan shook his head, anger evident on his features, "you know who your family is! You get to go home every once and again, feel the love they shower upon you! Some people do not get those kinds of privileges!"

"Do not blame me because you lack family, Obi wan," Atarah snarled, feeling all her pent-up rage surface. In truth, Atarah thought that she had been quite harsh, but it was true.

"You take your family for privilege, Atarah! Always complaining about your sister, your brother-in-law, your father-"

"I didn't ask you to listen to my complaints!"

"Well it was pretty hard not to when you kept interrupting my lessons wanting to speak to me about your ever so 'insufferable family'," Obi wan said, his voice now becoming closer to shouts.

"What do you want from me, Obi wan? To tell you, I'm sorry you have no family? To tell you, I'm sorry you were taken away as a baby?" Atarah shouted, tears brimming in her eyes. Her heart was shattering as each word was spoken.

"If you had asked, I would've taken you to my family. I would've shared them with you-"

"I do not want your pity, Atarah!"

From there, their argument escalated, filled with hurtful words and shattered trust. Atarah's eyes welled up with tears as she turned away, her gaze fixed on the path ahead. Obi-Wan stood there, feeling a mix of sadness and frustration. He wanted to reach out to her, to mend their friendship, but he also understood that Atarah needed to follow her own path. It was a painful moment for both of them, realizing that their beliefs had driven them apart. As Atarah walked away, Obi-Wan couldn't help but feel a sense of loss and isolation. He knew that things would never be the same again, but he also respected Atarah's decision to stand up for what she believed in, even if it meant standing alone.
