chapter 20

I walked into my room and fell on my bed I don't know why I am upset but I think Jimin is hiding stuff from me I heard him and Lilly speak the other day she threatened that she is going to expose him I don't know what that's supposed to mean I did not bother me then but it does now

"babe, what is going on?" Jimin asked walking in to my room I looked at him and saw he was fully dressed and I remembered I'm not dressed yet I got up and walked to my drawer "nothing" I said opening it and getting comfortable clothes he looked at me I don't know if I am imagining it but he looks worried 

I walked in to the bathroom and got dressed I came out and saw Jimin on my bed with his head in his hands "Lilly told you didn't she?" he asked without looking at me I did not answer him I took my brush and started combing my hair "babe I swear I did not mean too, it was just a stupid fucking bet and if anything you should be mad at Lilly she is the one who started it" he explained confusing me even more

"Jimin I don't know what you are talking about, I haven't spoken to Lilly since you broke up" I said and he looked at me his eyes all teary "shit" he mumbled under his breath without thinking I pick up my phone and dialled Lillys number 

'y/n what a nice surprise' she said when she answered the phone

'Lilly what is going on between you and Jimin?'

'uhm what do you mean?' she asked sounding confused

'something about a deal' I explained I'm not sure if I even want to know

'oh uhm when Jimin met you he told me and his friends he needs to have sex with you, and I sort of told him you are still a virgin, you don't fall in love with guys and you definitely don't sleep around, he made a temping offer saying he will give me 2000 dollar if he gets it right and I agreed not to tell you' she explained I looked at Jimin and felt my face getting wet I dropped my phone and walked out of the room 

"babe please just listen to me" he begged as he followed me I stopped and turn to face him "Jimin please leave me alone, I need some space" I said as calmly as possible before leaving the house Jimin did not follow me and I did not go far I actually went to my moms house and did what I always do studied 

after some time I got hungry I went down to the kitchen to make myself something to eat I cant believe I fell in love with him, my mom was right a guy's only intention is to play fucking games with you and I was willing to give up everything my mom taught me for him I was willing to tell my mom how wrong she was and that she just met the wrong person and that she should not be scared to give love a second try yes I was willing to get killed by my own mother for him and all for what a fucking game 

"ouch" I yelled out and held my hand "be careful" I heard Jimin he took me over to the basin and ran some cold water over me to stop the burn on my hand "how did you know I am here?" I asked him and he kept quiet for a while "I did not know you are here, my mom called me and said I had to come and get you for diner, but if you want I'll tell her you are busy" he said without looking at me

I did not answer him I pulled my hand back and walked over to the hot stove again mental note don't touch the fucking pot if it is on the stove I thought to myself "here" he said handing me a dish cloth god he really can read minds cant he "what do you want me to tell her?" Jimin asked looking at me his eyes is red and looks swollen "did you sleep? you look tired?" I asked and he shook his head no before looking at the ground again 

"please tell her I am busy cleaning up and I want some alone time" I answered his question and he looks at me his eyes full of tears "please Jimin I really need space" I said looking at the ground he nodded and left me alone

I finished cooking and setting the table for myself when I heard the phone ring I felt annoyed and walked over to it "Jimin I told you-" "hello to you too my baby" I heard my mom's soft voice on the other end of the line "mom?" I asked tearing up "yes baby it is me, how's everything going?, and I am proud of you" she said confusing me a bit "um everything is good mom, why are you proud of me?" I asked to clear the elephant in the room 

"you thought I was a guy, and your first response was telling him to leave you alone" she said and I thought of Jimin I started to sob "baby, what is going on?" she asked "I just miss you" I lied to her knowing I cant tell her I'm upset about some guy "well baby that is why I called, I'm coming home earlier, I'll be home next week" she said exited and I felt happy again soon everything can go back to normal

"you are?" I asked her "yes so make sure my house is clean, I hope you studied because I got you some tests" she said and I smiled "thanks mom" I said in a soft voice "oh and baby, I'm bringing someone with" she said sounding a bit scared "you are?" I asked surprised "yes but sweety I'll tell you later" she said and hanged up

she got a boyfriend after telling me how wrong it is to have a guy in my live I thought to myself and ate my dinner
