A/N: 🤠 I'd like to address a few things. Lucas has cool additional powers, yayyy. One such example would be him making Athanasia walk on her own in the previous chapter. Overpowered as fuck, I know. I guess you could say that I'm pulling out the Saiki K card, but man, bear with me in the name of the plot. If I find time, I could go read the (available) side stories for more info his abilities. "There you three are! We've been looking for you." Said Harry in a whisper, though it could hardly be called one due to his raised tone, which caught the attention of Ron who was standing beside him and waved at the three with an oblivious smile.

Athanasia wore a sheepish expression while Hermione narrowed her eyes whilst maintaining a raised her brow. "Is that so? Funny. Because I recall that you left without informing us and secretly got on a boat!"

Ron's forehead furrowed as he dramatically pointed his fingers at Hermione, "Well if you two ha-" Harry covered Ron's mouth, "What Ron means to say, is that we're both deeply sorry for not being considerate of your presence when we went to where the boats were." He chimed in with a nervous smile as he attempted to soothe the situation.

'Why is he glaring at me when I'm not even the one bringing Athanasia into their argument!? ' Harry anxiously thought, his eyes darting far away to avoid Lucas' gaze. Athanasia turned her head back and forth between them, standing stiff with a blank expression. She opened her mouth to say something, but closed it again after meeting with Hermione's eyes that told her 'I'll take care of this, my child. You just sit back and watch.'

Ron gasped at the preposterous accusation from his friend, "I didn't--" Once again, he was interrupted. "Hey." Lucas suddenly said, grabbing their attention. He had an angelic smile on his face, it almost looked threatening. Oppositely, his tone was cold, sending chills down the fated trio's spines. Athanasia, in contrast to them, couldn't help but sigh, but sent him a mental thumbs up for at least shutting them up.

"If you're ready to shut up, we're leaving." He said flatly, his words rather of command as he indicated at the group of students who had gathered once again as Hagrid called them near the stairs with a light hearted smile which stuck to his face, which only added more to the already eerie feeling he had set off in the others. 'Our/Their bickering completely overshadowed Hagrid's voice..' Everyone except Lucas thought.

Without warning nor waiting for a response, Lucas grabbed Athanasia's hand and set off for stairs. Ron gulped, while Harry patted his shoulders in a trance, unable to take his gaze off of the raven haired Adonis as he walked away with his very own, very much startled by the sudden act, Aphrodite. Athanasia anxiously made a quick movement indicating the three to follow them. The trio obliged, albeit a little shaken by what just happened.

'You can stop holding my hand, you know..' Athanasia said in her thoughts while she walked as if Lucas would be able to hear her, which she knew he couldn't.

'Don't wanna.' Lucas replied in his own thoughts, as if he really did hear her.

The trio walked behind them, Hermione a little closer to Athanasia while the other two a few steps away. What the trio couldn't help but wonder was what exactly the relationship between Athanasia and Lucas? 'He seems very over protective of Athy.. Perhaps he likes her! They seem very close too, maybe it'll be like a childhood friends to lovers..' Hermione fantasized about her friend's love life, using the romance books she got her hands on as reference. 'Scary..' Ron thought. 'I wholeheartedly agree, my friend..' Harry sympathized with Ron as despite not being able to read his mind, he knew very well what was on his mind.
