Arhaan pulled Ayan on lap who was breathing heavily,Arbaaz checked his heartbeat and looked at brothers.

“B-Baba”He said in heavy breaths,Arhaan pulled him closer and started to shiver.

“We need to go Hospital Right now”Arbaaz shouted at them,Arhaan carry Ayan in arms and started to run outside,Arman rub beside him and start the car,Rihaan who break the door with a lot of difficulties and run behind them and gasp when he saw Ayan  breathing heavily,Arbaaz sat beside them and place oxygen mask to Ayan who close his eyes,Arhaan stroke his hair,Rihaan sat,beside Armaan and they drive off,after sometimes they reach hospital and kept Ayan on Stretcher and take him to emergency room,Arbaaz was on the edge of crying but he need to be strong,he give him some shots and attach IV to his hand and make his breath normal he come outside of the room and sat on the chair.

“What happened to him?Is he ok?Nothing serious right?Why are you silent?Say something”Arhaan burst on to him,Arbaaz put hands on his face and Then looked at them and saw how they were all looking at him with teary eyes.

“He needs surgery,I need to operate on him today in any condition,I don’t have any other option,his heart rate is very low,if today I didn’t operate on him,his condition became worse and maybe we would lose…”

“Don’t you dare,I fucking don’t care just do whatever you want to do but I want him like before.”Arhaan beg to him,Rihaan sat on the bench with shocked.

“Today?" Arbaaz nodded with teary eyes,Arman hugged Rihaan who started to cry loudly.

“Shh Don’t cry Ri,He need us right now if he saw you like that what will he think and how he will react so we need to be strong for him,big b this is for you too if you behave like that then who will handle him so please be strong”Arman said and sigh heavily,Arbaaz stood from the chair and wipes tears.

“Let’s go, he must be awake and Arman can you bring something for him,he didn’t eat properly in the morning”Arman nodded and walked out from there.

They entered the room and saw Ayan blinking his eyes. They sat beside him and helped him in sitting,Ayan looked at Arhaan and then at the room.

“Wh.ere I am?”His eyes became teary,Rihaan cupped his face and made him look up.

“Bub you are at Hospital,but no need to be scared now we are fine hmm”He said softly but Ayan looked at his hand and hissed.

“Baba remove this please”He started to panic,Arhaan hugged him and rubbed his back carefully.

“My baby,It’s going to be good,it’s important so please just hold on for sometime”Arhaan said and placed a soft kiss on his head,Arman entered the room happily and gave a bag to Arbaaz and ruffled Ayan’s hair.

“Here your breakfast now be a good boy and finish this if you want me to remove this”Arbaaz said and give box and spoon to Rihaan,Ayan made pout and started to eat with frown because he don’t like the taste of the food,after finishing this he look at Arbaaz with doe eyes who completely ignored him and call the nurse.

“Baba!!”He whined, which made them chuckle. Rihaan held his hands softly and took long breaths.Ayan looked at his serious face and became scared.

“Look Bub,Do you know na we love you and whatever we do is for your good right?”Ayan nodded and gulped his saliva,Rihaan caressed his cheeks.

“Bun,Today Arbaaz Dadu wants to operate you,you know na your heart condition and so can y..”Before he could say further Ayan jerked his hand away and started to step back,Arhaan pulled him closer.

“No…Please Baba,No operation I will do everything,I will always listen to you,and I never call you hitler again please Dadu,No operation,Please”He started to cry and his breathe become heavy,Arhaan hug him and try to calm him,Arbaaz prepare one shot and started to inject him in IV line,Ayan hissed and buried himself toward Arhaan.

“Ahhahh,Baba,Stop,Aahhh”He started to move and cried.

“Don’t move,it’s almost done”Arbaaz pulled out the needle and rub his injected area,Ayan still cry in Arhaan’s arms who look at others with tears,they all are looking tired,they can’t hold their tears anymore,Arbaaz took long breath,now it’s enough for him,if he want to see his baby safe and healthy then he need to took biggest step he pull Ayan from Arhaan’s embrace who look at Arbaaz with shocked when his felt arms left empty,Rihaan look at Arbaaz with pleading eyes and Arman who step back,because he know there is no time for argue.Ayan who saw Arbaaz’s straight face and become scared.

“Dadu….”He cried but Arbaaz ignored him and looked at the Nurse.

“Prepare the Anesthesia right now”Nurse runs from there and Arhaan tries to open his mouth, his lips trembling.

“I.t’s going to be painful??''With a lot of difficulties Rihaan took courage and asked Arbaaz who held Ayan tightly who was kicking him.

“It will if he won’t listen to me”Ayan stop moving and look at Arhaan who took steps back,Arbaaz caresses his cheeks,Nurse come back and give anaesthesia to Arbaaz who held Ayan’s arm forcefully and inject in the middle of his arm,Ayan shout loudly and look at Arhaan who run back toward him and held him tightly.

“Shh,Bacha,It’s done,you are my brave baby”He rubbed his back and tears started to roll from his cheeks too,Arbaaz pushed the plumer and Ayan shut his eyes close.

“Ahh Stop,Ahh please!!!”He cried and Arbaaz pulled the needle out and carried him in arms,and Ayan started to lose his consciousness.

“No one is going to come behind,and I am saying as a Doctor”He said to his brothers in a scary voice,they all stood there numb don’t knowing what to do or not,Arbaaz looked at Ayan who was looking at him with hooded eyes.

“B.aba..”He said in a low voice and became completely unconscious with that Arbaaz took him to the operation room……
