29 Poisoned Apple

12 3 6

You said that you'd be there for me,
Whenever I need you.
But all I see is the empty space around me,
Where you should be standing by my side.

Echoing around are your lies.

Stumbling along all on my own,
I find someone just like me.
They too were missing a piece inside.
A piece that was meant for you to fill.
Another victim of your lies.

A poisoned apple you have given to me.
Under the pretense of your love.
You sugar coated it's bitter taste,
Pulling the wool over my eyes.

You said that you'd be there for me,
Whenever I need you.
But all I see is the empty space around me,
Where you should be standing by my side.

And all I could hear are your lies.

Taking double than you deserve from me,
A sin you accumulate.
You said that you'd be there for me.
But have you been off late?

Now don't think you can undo those things...
You're too late now, good bye.
The scenes have ended, I'm sorry.

And all you hear are your cries.
