Happiness...

Is it the way you feel when you see a butterfly?
Perhaps, it is the feeling of time passing us by?
Or could it be, shopping online?
I know it can't be meeting a deadline.

Happiness is an expensive commodity,
It increases one’s life’s longevity.
But happiness is also a priceless antique,
Something desired greedily,
And the poor folk's possession of it   the rich do critique.

Inside, one might ask themselves, "Can  happiness be bought?"
"Ofcourse not silly, it muse be taught".

Look inside yourself, and you will see,
A vast space of eternity.
Close your eyes, no, really try!
Kiss your negativity goodbye.
Now fill this space up with light and with love,
And you'll be on your way to being as happy as a dove.

Go on now, but take your time,
Maybe it helps if you think of a rhyme.
Look at the world from inside out,
And help others without a doubt.

Gather up your kindness and strength,
Add a little politeness, it will take you a great length.
Next align your head and your heart,
But don't throw away that dart.

Treat others kindly, as you would be treated.
Never forget that people like to be greeted.
As you go along with your day,
Your chest will feel lighter along the way.

Smile and wave; and you will start to  feel,
The happiness inside you begin heal.
Close your eyes and experience the peace,
And in the silence your heart whispers it's piece."Thank you for making me feel better."
