Philip sat down at his table and tapped the screen covering the entire surface. The screen flicked between images caught on the cameras of the experiments that were recorded, and pressed a button off to the side. All of the images disappeared in an instant, being stored in their proper logs. Philip folded his hands together and said, "Open log for Experiment Nine-Three-Two-Seven J."
An automated voice system repeated, "Opening log for Experiment Nine-Three-Two-Seven J. Where would you like to start, sir?"
"Go to the beginning, computer. I'll read for myself," Philip said. The log scrolled to the very beginning on its own, and Philip pressed a button on the table to extend the surface so he wasn't looking down. The table lifted itself up and twisted itself ninety degrees towards him, and he leaned back. "Grab me some coffee while I read. And put all systems on lockdown. I don't want anyone else to come in."
"Locking all systems. What kind of coffee would you like, sir?" the automated voice system asked. Philip just waved his hand, giving it a signal to give him the usual. Without another word, all of the lights in the room shut off while his coffee was being made. Philip turned to the log to begin reading.

Log Name Entry: Lucia Noceda
Lucia, a fifteen year old teen and a freshman in high school, has been taken into captivity today. However, neutralizing her proved to be difficult. She seems to be much more powerful than we had anticipated. The lab will begin experiments once we can detain her and neutralize any capability of using her powers.
Upon bringing her in for containment, Lucia had an outburst and nearly killed two of the armed men holding her down. Her strength and agility are things we can't take lightly. We are unsure of how she obtained these superhuman abilities, but we mustn't allow her to keep consciousness while we bring her to the lab. By now, she's been injected with a sleep serum, and the collar has already been activated and put around her neck. We will arrive at the lab by Fourteen Hundred Hours tomorrow.
Lucia's personal guard has been biolocked to her collar and is now ready to take to the field. We have injected her with sleep serums at even the slightest hint of consciousness while we prepared her guard. We are four hours away from the lab with Lucia ready for containment.
Scans indicate that Lucia's powers are within the black range. She has been given her uniform and her cell number — 9034A — though she refused to give up her red beanie, but she's been given permission to keep it. Her experiment number is now locked into her collar and guard, and she is ready for experimentation. She will begin at first light tomorrow morning.
Experiment 9034A has been locked in her cell all night and has undergone the beginning experiment despite being shaken up. She knows about the night beasts, the collar, and her guard. Everything else will remain hidden until further notice. For the first true experiment, we have taken a cell sample from experiment 9034A and began to construct a clone of her to work in the lab.
We have successfully implanted a video that had been transferred into a memory in experiment 9034A's mind. Recent attempts have failed due to an aggravated response to the loss of a memory. She is still unaware that during our previous attempts, various memories she knew very little of have also been wiped clean from her mind.
On her way to her cell, experiment 9034A assaulted an officer, but was quickly neutralized and thrown into her cell. She will be locked up for the next day, provided with only one meal and water. Confinement is currently not the best course of action as of right now with her frequent outbursts, but she's slowly turning towards obeying the rules.
