10. Confessions ♡

Y/n was discharged that day itself. Jay was packing her belongings to drop her at her house.

"I can go all by myself Jay ah!" Y/n said.

"No. I won't leave you alone not until you reach home safely. I already called on of our drivers to come and pick us up." Jay said.

"What if anyone notices you? You haven't been with the group also. I feel guilty to let you stay here." Y/n sadly said.

Jay cupped her cheeks and said, "Don't feel guilty it's nothing. If I never approached to you that night who knows what might had happened? So keep quiet and I will drop you home and then I will leave for work but I will keep texting you asking you about your health. Understood?"

"Yes Boss!" Y/n said giggling.

But Jay's mind was thinking about  something else.

"I love you!"
Y/n's confession.

"I mean I love you as a friend yk! I'm thankful to have you!"

Jay knew Y/n was trying to cover up the actual confession which she did but he didn't said anything and kept quiet. He thought he will talk about it later.

"Let's go Y/n!" Jay said smiling.

"Finally going home. This place makes me even more sick!"

Time skip:

"Home. Sweet home!" Y/n said plopping herself on the couch.

"Here are your meds. I have written when to take what and few snacks and grocery if you don't have enough and yes no going to work for the rest of the week you need to have proper sleep....."

Jay kept on explaining stuffs to Y/n and she couldn't help but smile at him. He absolutely looked so adorable that she couldn't help but stare at him.

Middle of the talk, Jay looked at Y/n and caught her staring at her and smirked.

"Ik I'm handsome stop staring at me so much."

Y/n came back to her senses and blushed a bit and said, "I wasn't staring tho!"

"Caught you red-handed lol."

Jay checked everything once and was about to take his leave suddenly,

"Good luck for the rest of the day Jay ah! Don't miss your meals and take care!" Y/n said.

Jay smiled and went towards her and hugged her and said, "Stop worrying about me, worry about yourself. I will keep on texting you dw!"

"Bye Jay!"

"Bye!"

Time skip:

It was evening and Y/n was binge-watching some k-dramas but was bored after some time. She switched off her TV and thought of taking a good shower suddenly she got a phone call.

She thought maybe it was Jay but to her surprise it was Sunoo. She smiled widely looking at her caller ID and accepted the call.

"Yahhhhh uglyyy...How are you?" Sunoo said almost like shouting.

"Can you please like stop shouting my eardrums will burst whatever...I'm fine dw!"

"That's a relief. Maybe we should meet up someday I have something to discuss about with you and have some icecream yk mint choco!"

"Sure I would love to let's meet next weekend I don't have work ig you can make up some time for that?"

"Absolutely it's a yes, bestie! I noticed Jay always on his phone and couldn't focus on our practice today. He's too worried about you!"
