Ella's pov

i made sure we got home safely

a cabin i bought out in the woods
only me and renee's brother knows where it is

reese was asleep and renee was sitting in my bed patiently waiting

i sighed and grabbed all the documents i had
every last thing

i go snd set them infront of renee and she looks up and sniffs "what's this..?"

"the truth.." i say softly

she tensed alittle at my words but nodded non the less

we spent three hours going over all of it
how he had been paying me and my parents off
the death threats
the doctors he paid off after renee gave birth
the people he had sent to hurt me to get the message across to stay away from her

everything

how he gave renee mutiple medicine to make her forget

including shock therapy but he knew that me being around her could bring her memories back

"you've been dreaming about us..maya told me.."

"what?" she asked confused

"maya knew?"

i inhale deeply

"Yea..She's been threatening me to stay away from you..from the moment we ran into you at the mall.."

her breathing started to increase as she shakes

"no no breathe baby breathe" i say wrapping my arms around her and holding her tightly
scratching her scalp as i hum softly

she slowly comes down from her high and i kiss her head

"Renee?..You need to forget about us..It's too dang-"

she kisses me shutting me up

"I'm all in ella..As long as it's with you and reese"

Renee's pov

3 days later

my dad, mom, brother and maya have been calling non stop
me and ella kinda just disappeared

couple shit i suppose

she kisses my cheek as the door opens and closes

my brother stands there with a smug look on his face

"found you"

"how the fuck did you even get in? there's not a spare key a-"

"Ella made one for me"

he says as he picks reese up

"thank god you finally told her ella that bitch maya irks me"

i look at ella and she smiles softly "I told you there was a good guy in that house..hes it. Hes been bringing ella toys and shit and he's been here since she was born..Even though your father made it clear to stay away from us he said it's what you would've wanted"

i smile and hug my brother and he chuckles

"and he's gay as shit when i found that out it made so much more sense he was never checking you out he was disgusted because yano..he was forced to be with girls and you looked like his current girl and it gave the poor boy an ick"

i puff and she kisses me "You're beautiful though baby"

i nod as he plays with reese

"Car car?" she ask him and i look at ella who jsut smiles

"Yes princess?"

"Mama!" she says happily pointing at me

but then he got a call

his face went flat

and he looked at me

"we have to go back"

"no way in hell i'm going back there!"

"Dad says youre unstable he's gonna have you admitted"

"but i'm fine! he's j-"

ella kisses me deeply

"Go back, play his game, it'll all be okay"
