As I slowly opened my eyes, my mind immediately drifted to the events of the previous night. I couldn't help but think about Sunny, who had been sleeping on the couch. Despite the fact that he had gone through a challenging experience, he appeared to be content and at peace. I couldn't help but admire his resilience and strength, and the way he seemed to radiate happiness. It was a stark contrast to how I would have felt if I were in his shoes. I imagined that I would have been unable to smile for days or even weeks. But there he was, beaming with joy. This realization made my cheeks flush with embarrassment, but I couldn't deny the admiration I felt for him. As I got up from my mattress, I walked towards the bathroom, still in deep thought.

As I walked towards the door to the bathroom, I noticed a small green frog perched on the windowsill. Its tiny size and bright green color caught my attention, and I couldn't help but gaze at it for a few seconds. As I turned back to face Sunny, who had woken up just a few minutes ago, I asked him if he could open the door for me while I went to the bathroom. He flashed a smile and got up from the couch. His smile lingered in my mind as I closed the door behind me, leaving the little green frog behind.

Sunny's POV

As I turned the doorknob and gently pushed the door ajar, I was caught off guard to discover a visitor standing on the other side. She was a young woman with a fair complexion, adorned with a sprinkle of freckles across her nose and cheeks. The delicate fabric of her robe, which was a soft shade of purple with intricate potion patterns, hung loosely on her frame, revealing a pair of black leggings underneath. Her hair, a lustrous shade of peach blonde, was styled in neat braids that cascaded down her back, framing her face, which was accentuated by a set of wispy bangs. As I looked into her eyes, I was drawn to their hypnotic, misty blue hue that seemed to hold a world of secrets within them.

"Oh! You must be Sunny. I wasn't expecting to see you this early. My name is Willow, and the frog you found was my pet. His name is Twits." I welcomed her inside, and we began to chat.

Xavier's POV

As I emerged from the bathroom, I saw Willow turn towards me, wearing a sly expression on her face. "Finally, now we can get down to business. You sure took your time, Cinderella," she teased, letting out a small chuckle. I sighed, inwardly cursing my blonde hair for earning me this nickname.

"Just because I have blonde hair doesn't mean I'm Cinderella, Willow," I retorted, trying to sound nonchalant. "

"Yeah, yeah, whatever you say, Cinderella," she replied, still grinning.

Without wasting any more time, she turned her attention towards Sunny, walking towards her with a determined look on her.
As she reached into her pocket, her fingers fumbled around for a moment before finally finding what she sought. Pulling out a small, clear gemstone, she held it up to the light and examined it closely, as if searching for something. Then, with a quick flick of her wrist, she placed it into one of Sunny's open hands.

"If it is true that Sunny is a god," she began, her voice low and serious, "then this gemstone should break." She paused for a moment, as if to let the weight of her words sink in. "You see, this gemstone is made for tracking someone's magical ability. It goes by the rainbow--red being the lowest and purple being the highest--but it can also be a mixture of colors, like reddish-orange. If someone's magical abilities are very low, then it'll be a misty color of it."

As she finished explaining, the gemstone started to glow, its light growing brighter and brighter until it was almost blinding. I watched as the colors inside it shifted and changed, from a deep, blood-red to a neon yellow and everything in between. And then, with a sudden, sharp crack, the gemstone shattered into thousands of tiny pieces, sending shards flying in every direction.
I stood there, stunned and speechless, as Willow calmly picked her way through the debris, searching for something. When she finally found what she was looking for, she held it up triumphantly. It was a small, delicate feather, the color of purest gold.

"I knew it," she said, a note of satisfaction in her voice. "I knew there was something special about you, Sunny."

"Hey I just wanted to tell you about him in the first place, plus you just met him." I said, there was a hint of jealousy in my voice.

"Yeah yeah Cinderella go find your shoe or something I need to take notes. But it's weird though, normally it would take a couple of hours or minutes for it to actually start reading, magical ability and what I heard you only got your magical ability a couple days ago." She continued.

" You don't mind if I ask you a couple of questions, no?

"Sure! I'll try to answer them to the best of my abilities." Sunny smiled.

I watched as Willow jotted down notes in her notebook, her eyes fixed on Sunny who sat across from us. A pang of jealousy hit me as I remembered I was the one who introduced her to him in the first place.
Despite my inner turmoil, Willow's curiosity was piqued as she asked Sunny about his magical ability. It was strange how quickly the gemstone had read his ability, especially considering he had only discovered it a few days ago.
Sunny was obliging, answering Willow's questions with a smile on his face. I sat there, silently wondering if I should say something or let them continue their conversation. As I sat there watching Willow interact with Sunny, I couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. Despite knowing that Willow was AroAce, seeing her bond with someone else still made me feel a little envious. I stole a glance at Sunny, who was patiently waiting for Willow to ask another question. As our eyes met, he grinned and waved at me, causing a warm blush to spread across my cheeks.

Willow had just finished bombarding Sunny with a series of questions, and with a deep sigh, she stretched her arms to relax her muscles. It seemed like the end of their discussion, but Willow had one last thing to say. Turning to Sunny, she said, "Oh yeah, Sunny?"

Sunny looked at her with curiosity and replied, "Yes?"

With a mischievous smile, Willow declared, "Your new name is now Sunny Reflection."
Sunny was taken aback and didn't know how to react. "Huh?!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with confusion.

I couldn't help but laugh at their exchange, and they both turned to me. "That's a clever one, Willow," I said, trying to control my laughter.

"Thank you! It took me all day to think about it," Willow replied, beaming with pride.

"Well, at least you guys are getting along now," Sunny said while smiling, relieved that the tension between them had dissipated.
