While chatting with adrielle, rimuru could sense that carrera and diablo seem to have grown restless for some reason, while diablo is trying his best to hide it, carrera restlessness couldn't be more obvious

<<It's due to the points that keep dropping master, i suspected that Testa is the main cause of this due to her being caught up in some sort of 'Celestial Game'>>

Rimuru frowned as he heard ciel's reports, he knows well about 'Celestial Game', it is a game that outer gods created to replace fallen gods by choosing a worthy mortal from across the multiverse.

And not just Gods, even demons has the right to choose their underlings or leaders on this game.

"Sir...is something the matter?"

Adrielle asked softly, wondering if she has somehow displeased rimuru.

"It's nothing, i just remember that i had something to attend to, i'm sorry but can we talk at later time?"

Adrielle just nodded meekly in understanding

Rimuru then stand up as he leave the cafe.

'How irritating, i've sent my demons here to learn a lesson from the mortal world, not being involved in some stupid game. Are they trying to challenge my authority?'

Rimuru's beautiful face can be seen showing a slightly contort in anger, he has been so lenient lately that even the likes of outer gods has done something without his knowing

'let's go ciel, this time, none shall escape the flames'

As rimuru said so, he immediately vanish on the spot.

"F-fake...? What do you mean fake?!"

Whitney asked in frustration

"It's exactly as i said, the thing that you're trying so hard to fight is just a vessel, the soul is likely transcended to become a god"

Testa said nonchalantly as she saw whitney fall on her knees and punching the ground while screaming in frustration

"All these years.....to take revenge....for rinnie.....to mere vessel?! I CAN'T ACCEPT IT!!!"

seeing whitney crying and howling, testa just let out a sigh, luckily there's no one around here, or this demon would bring shame to the white demons

Suddenly, a voice can be heard resounding through both of their heads, it was the voice that whitney very familliar with.

'long time no see, whitney'

Hearing the voice, whitney cry out loud

"LISAA!!! YOU BASTARD!!!"

'what a pathetic state you're in, but you have taken your long awaited revenge right? So we're even.'

"I'LL KILL YOUU!! I'LL KILL YOU!!"

'i've transcended the mortal world, and long have i abandoned any lingering feeling toward you or rinnie. Now that i think about it, rinnie must've died in euphoria, seeing her final moment being a play toy by those who she saved'

Testa who has been silent this whole time slightly frown at lisa words, to think a human would be this cruel...she has saw whitney memories and know her story with lisa, but even as a demon, lisa is a despicable one in her eyes

'i've becomed a god now! So you should be satisfied with the revenge and move on, you can't do anything to a god like me either way'

"ARGHHH!!!!"

Testa just sigh at this interaction and mutter under her breathe

"How laughable"

But lisa of course heard this and turn her intention toward testa

'hm? And who is this little demon-'

But before lisa could finish her words, she felt something is grabbing her soul

"Don't talk to me you filthy creature, or i'll drag you down here from the heaven myself"

After rimuru left, diablo as usual is sitting behind the counter while patting vanilla on his lap

Carrera has also gone home and at this hour, they are rarely any customers

"Sir diablo, here..i don't know how it taste since it's my first time doing it"

Adrielle come and put on a glass of hot tea on the counter with a warm smile

"Thank you"

Adrielle just nodded and sit beside him, vanilla suddenly leave diablo's lap and went to rubbing her head on adrielle

"It seems vanilla has taken a liking to you, she rarely this close to stranger"

Diablo smile as he pat vanilla

"That's great i guess, cats and alikes tend to stay away from me, but i guess vanilla is as peculiar as her owner huh?"

Diablo chuckles lightly at her remark

"Where are you headed now? Since you've been free and all"

Adrielle just smile slightly without looking at him

"I just want to be close with you i guess, i want to know more how the world has change, but that doesn't mean my curiosity is above my feelings for you, sir diablo"

Diablo just let out a sigh as he take another sip of the tea

"You have way with words, miss adrielle"

Adrielle just chuckles sweetly

"Perhaps so, but i mean it."

The atmosphere between those two is very cozy, the otherwise solemn and lonely cafe suddenly has it's vibe changed

Adrielle turn to look at diablo who is sipping his tea, her eyes take note about his expression and face

"If only i've meet you sooner, sir diablo"

Diablo just smile as he turn to lock eyes with the slightly red adrielle

"I'm sorry, for being late"
