Carolina and Lily received a mysterious letter from Emily, urging them to meet her in an abandoned warehouse to reveal the truth. Carolina and Lily sat side by side on Carolina's bed, their hearts pounding with anticipation as they carefully opened the envelope they received. The letter inside was written in elegant cursive, each word laced with intrigue. It began with...

"Carolina and Lily, if you seek the truth and wish to mend the fractures in your lives, meet me at the abandoned warehouse on Maple Street at midnight. I hold the answers you've been searching for."

Carolina's breath caught in her throat as she read the words. Her eyes met Lily's and they shared a mix of excitement and apprehension. They couldn't deny the pull of curiosity, the desire to finally uncover the truth about Carolina's fractured life and the mysterious Emily.

As the clock ticked closer to midnight, Carolina and Lily slipped out of Carolina's bedroom window, their hearts  racing with adrenaline. A cold breeze whispered through the dark streets as they made their way towards the abandoned warehouse. The moon cast eerie shadows across the worn-out building, heightening their sense of anticipation.

Cautiously, they pushed open the creaking door, stepping into the dimly lit space. Dust particles danced in the air, swirling around them like secrets waiting to be unveiled. Carolina's heart pounded in her chest as she scanned the room for any sign of Emily.

Suddenly, a figure emerged from the shadows, thier features hidden beneath a dark cloak. Carolina's stomach tightened with a mix of fear and excitement.

Carolina: Emily?

She whispered, her voice barely audible. The figure nodded, stepping closer until its face was partially revealed. Emily's eyes sparkled with a mix of determination and pain.

Emily: Carolina,

Emily said, her voice trembling.

Emily: I've been waiting so long to meet you.

Carolina's eyes filled with tears as she embraced her long-lost sister. It was a moment of both joy and sorrow, a reunion long overdue.

Carolina: Why did you keep yourself hidden for so long?

Carolina asked, her voice choked with emotion. Emily's eyes flickered with regret.

Emily: I didn't know how to reveal the truth without putting you in danger. But now, we have no choice. The darkness is closing in, and we must face it together.

Carolina and Lily exchanged glances, their  loyalty and determination unwavering. They were ready to confront whatever truth lay ahead, to save this fractured family from the secrets that threatened to tear them apart.

Carolina: But, what is this truth?

Carolina asked, her voice steady. Emily's gaze turned solemn.

Emily: Our family holds a secret, Carolina. A secret that has been protected for generations. It's time for you to know the truth, to face the darkness that had haunted our family for so long.

With those words hanging in the air, Carolina and Lily braced themselves for the revelation that awaited them. They were ready to embark on the perilous journey, to uncover the truth and mend the fractures in their lives. Little did they know just how deep the darkness ran and how it would  test their resolve.

Emily: Carolina, you're not related to mom and dad by blood but a product of the artifact. Also  I'm a creation of you from deep in your subconscious manifested into reality.
