Me and Peter go upstairs to my room and he makes me some lunch.

"Fruit salad, your favourite." Peter says with a smile as he places a bowl on my lap with a smile on his face.

"Thank you." I say smiling back at him. He slides into bed next to me and watches as I start to eat.

"You wanna do something today? We can get a meal for dinner?" Peter ask as he fiddles with his hands awkwardly.

I smile, "yeah, that would be nice. Where to?" I ask, it'll be nice to not sit in my room all day today.

Peter instantly smiles and looks at me, "uh- um I mean I don't mind. Wherever you want to go." Peter stumbles his words and I laugh a little.

"Why are you acting so weird Peter? Let's just go to that pizza place down the road, yeah?" I reply, he's cute when he's nervous.

I quickly move my gaze away from Peters as my realisation from earlier kicks in.

Shit. I like Peter. I mean, I like, like him. That can't be happening to me. Not now, not ever.

"Yeah, yeah that sounds good." Peter says, a wide smile on his face.

Wait. Is this a date? No, of course not. Peter doesn't look at me like that. I wish he did.

I mean, no I don't! God, this is so confusing. I need to sort my head out. Scratch that. I need to sort my life out.

"Do you wanna go to the park before, I feel like getting out this house." I say, trying to distract my mind from my thoughts.

"Yeah, sure." Peter nods.

"Okay, I'll get read quick, I feel disgusting from my workout this morning." I sigh, getting out of bed.

Peters smile drops instantly, "workout?" He asks, confused.

"Yeah, why else would I be wearing gym clothes." I laugh slightly at his stupid question.

"Does this have something to do with flash?" Peter asks as his jaw clenches.

I freeze whilst pickling my outfit, "uh no. No why would it be?" I laugh nervously, hoping he doesn't pick up on my lie.

"Aliana." Peter says my name simply, but it makes my heart burn slightly.

"What, Peter? I said no, so I mean no." I continue picking an outfit, my heart hurting at me lying to him. Again.

"I don't believe you." Peter says simply.

I scoff, "well, I don't know what you want me to do about that." I spit back.

"Tell me the truth, maybe." Peter says again, knowing I'm becoming defensive because I'm lying.

I sigh, "fine. Yes, it was about Flash. But it's done now." I say quickly, annoyed that he always knows when I'm lying.

"Look at me." Peter says, but I don't make a move to look at him. "Aliana, look at me." He repeats, his tone level.

"What?" I say softly, looking over to him. His jaw is tensed and his eyes are set hard on me.

"Don't let Flashes words hold any power over you, okay? Then he wins." Peter replies, not taking his eyes off of me.

"I know. It was a stupid thing to do." I reply, understanding now how stupid I was for believing Flash's words.

"You don't do stupid things Aliana. It was a wrong thing to do, but never stupid." Peter states and I smile.

"Maybe you should add therapist to your list of jobs as spiderman." I joke.

Peter laughs slightly, "only for you, Alia." He says simply.
