I nod "and Sabrina's single. -oh and uh Sabrina's party's tend to get lit. Is that okay?"
"Lit like high?"

"That's fine" she shrugs "Char's a bit of a stoner so it's not like new to me"
We may there a little longer even though it's late.
We spend the rest of the day lazing around. We break out the Nintendo I haven't used since freshman year. "I bet I can beat you at Fortnite" Gracie says noticing I have the game
"I'm sure you can I haven't really played" I laugh
"My brother always gets me to play with him"
We start the game and I quickly loose "shit!"
"Hey girls" my mom says coming into the tv room "oh the switch I forgot about that"
"Oh yea Gracie's beating my ass" I say "wasn't Joe coming over today?"
My mom glances down at her feet "uhm yeah he canceled for work or something but Im going to his for dinner"
I hum a response and she walks out "I fucking hate Joe" I say rolling my eyes
"Why?"
"I don't know he's just a rat he was really good to my mom but he's been like sketchy lately"
Gracie nods "I'm sorry" is all she say a
"It's fine" I shrug off getting up and sitting next to her resting against her. "I love this"
She kisses my cheek.
My mom leave pretty early for dinner like 4. Me and Gracie go get the cold pizza from the night before. "Can we watch Gilmore girls?!" Gracie asked starry eyes
"Yea!" I say taking two plates of pizza to the couch "I can't wait till you finish and watch the 'year in the lives' they are shit you have to wait to watch them with me"

"Okay!" Gracie replies. We lock eyes and lean into each other. I kiss her, passionately, until she pulls away "let's go to your room"

I take her hand as I lead her upstairs where we collapse on the bed and make out for awhile. We eventually settle down and turn our show back on on my tv. We cuddle for hours pausing the show to talk about their pop culture references and the dumb shit the characters pull. After we've been watching for hours we turn it off and lay in the dark, supposed to be sleeping but mother of us want to fall asleep. I wrap my hand around her waist and rest by head on her chest. "Your my favorite" I whisper
"Your mine" she says it in a casual loving whisper back. I eventually flutter my eyes closed and fall asleep
