Hogwarts

The wind was harsh that morning almost like it was annoyed, it must have been because for the last week it had been sunny. Hogwarts was all go, everyone had somewhere to be or someone to go to. There were students in every hall doing everything a person should do, nobody could find a quiet spot it was almost like there was a concert that everybody was going too. There was also a talk about professor slughorns party, everyone had been eager to find out if they got invited, sure there were the good few that were bound to get in but it was still interesting.

"Lysander c'mon we have to go before it's too late" Lily warned while pulling her best friend by his arm,

"Stop screaming lily hagrids not even gonna notice"Lysander said while nearly falling down steep row of stairs they were running down

"Oh trust me Lysander he's gonna notice and if he doesn't notice our mums will, and if our mums find out we may as-well kiss good bye to life" Lily said

It took a while for them to get through the crowds, earlier this week hagrid had invited Hugo, Lily, Lorcan and Lysander to his cabin for lunch, Hugo and Lorcan had a charms project to get done so it was only lily and Lysander able to go. Much to their delight both off them also had the slug club where professor slughorn would throw a party or invite people to dinner, this 5pms it was a party there was no theme you just had to look nice.

The wind howled as they walked down to the small wooden cabin, the cabin wasn't far from the school but the wind made it ten times harder. when they walked up to the cabin Lily knocked gently on the door while Lysander stayed behind her, it didn't take long for the door to open.

"Yous are late I though' yous wern't' coming" hagrid said with his words jumbled together, he gave Lily a warm hug while he just gave Lysander a handshake. Lily turned around to give Lysander a look that meant 'I told you so" Lysander just rolled his eyes in response

"So Hagrid, how are you" Lily asked smiling, her braids rested on her back it was itchy but she couldn't bother to move them she wore a navy knitted jumper with jeans and navy converse it wasn't anything extraordinary but it worked, Lysander's outfit wasn't extraordinary either he wore a natural green jumper and beige-ish jeans.

"Go'od' I got er' new animal"Hagrid said like an excited four year old "she's out the're she's a beauty aint' she" the animal outside was a horse but with.. wings, the two had never seen anything like it in there life's sure they heard about it in magical creatures but they had never actually seen it in real life

"Woah Hagrid, how did you get that it must of taken ages to capture it" Lysander said in awe "my mum and dad saw one last year when they went to Latvia, there really friendly I heard"

"I did'nt' capture it' fur' yer' information' it came' to me" Hagrid added on almost like he was offended " I ound' it in the forbidden' forrest".

"Anyways how's fang Hagrid" Lily asked while giving Lysander a stair of 'stop before you annoy him'

"He's gra'nd all he does' is ea't nowadays" Hagrid said while making some sort off food "won'ld yers' like sum' cottage pie" he held up a square pie

"Sure I would love some" Lily grinned while fang jumped on to her lap

Lysander on the other hand had a different reaction " I think I'm fine I'll leave my appetite for the party" he said while a disturbed look on his face

"Suit yer'self" Hagrid replied while handing Lily a plate of food.

A hour past and Lily had finished her food all three off them talked for ages about there families and friends once it hit 8:30 Lily stopped the conversation

"Hagrid we'd love to stay but we have to get ready for the slug club" Lily smiled in a sad tone

"Ah don't wor'ry ave' a good time" Hagrid said while fetching there coats

Once the both of them left it started to get dark and cold Lysander declared that he had a shortcut to get back to the castle but Lily doubted it he was never good with directions but stupidly she followed him anyways.

"This shortcut is amazing one of the best in all of time" Lysander laughed over-confident

"Well then I hope you didn't make it because then we would be lost" Lily shouted from behind him

The two were so distracted about talking, they didn't even realise how close they were walking to the forbidden forest there talking was so loud that they could he the strange un-humanly noise that squealed beside them.

"Have you even thought about getting a map or something" Lily grinned, just by the way she was speaking she was definitely up to something

"No I don't need a map I am amazing without one" Lysander Called back while laughing

"Not even this one" Lily said hysterically laughing at this point

Lysander turned around only to see Lily with the marauders map a feeling of excitement broke out between them almost like they were actually going to do something amazing.

Lysander went to hold the map "Lily this is brilliant how did you do it" just before he got his hands on the map the wind had taken it and had flown into the forbidden forest except both of them thought they where just trees

"Dang it, hang on I'm just gonna go fetch it I'll be right back" Lily ran into the forest chasing the map.

About eight minutes past and Lysander started worrying where she had gone and what she was doing, he had thought of going in but was to scared, another minute had past and to his horror he heard a scream and I wasn't jus5 a bird or anything in was definitely a human, they sounded scared and frightened and it could be only one person, Lily
