Lysander's pov:

"LILY" I screamed at the top of my lungs while running into the forbidden forest, I guess Lily was kinda right when she said I was horrible at directions because I nearly bump into six trees in not even a minute but that really isn't what I should be worrying about right now, I should worry about Lily but I do that all the time so I guess nothing changes .

Five minutes in running and getting cut nearly everywhere there was another scream this time I could finally make out what the scream said "HELP ME, QUICK" I knew straight away it was Lily by the way she said quick mostly because it's the number one words she uses but also because of her voice crack.

Five minutes turned into eight minutes and eight minutes turned into fifteen and still lily was nowhere to be seen, the was no new screams either it was just a really awkward silence of fear. I tried hiding from the creatures so I wouldn't somewhat 'disturb them' my mums been telling me to stop 'disturbing them' and to let them 'have some peace' but I don't do anything to them LORCAN DOES.

I was running out of breath really fast, maybe it was because of the running? Or the worrying it could be either one to be fair "LYSANDER" I heard a voice scream, "LILY" I yelled back there was a silence and then suddenly Lily appeared out of nowhere she hadn't seen me yet,

"BEHIND YOU LILY"I shouted, she turned around like she was afraid and looked somewhat relieved when she saw me, woah that's new she normally hates me, well not hate me but she's normally annoyed by my presence. Suddenly she ran up to me and hugged me,

"You have no idea what just happened" she said In a huff, "eh true I guess" I shrugged, "did you get the map back"I asked, "the map dang it" she muttered "cmon let's go find it" she started sprinting in the same direction she came.

Oh shit

"LILY NO NOT AGAIN" I screamed from behind her, "nothing is happening again as long as your here I'm fine" she smiled while slowing down, "oh that didn't sound right" she giggled, "your cute when you laugh y'know" I smiled back.

WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST SAY,WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME GOD, I looked over at lily who seemed like she was still processing what I said or hopefully didn't hear me at all, "what did you say?" She laughed, " nothing, I didn't say anything, did you say anything, because I didn't" I panicked, " no, I heard what you said why did you say it" she asked

Oh shit, shit

" I don't know it was weird and we're never gonna talk about it again, pinky promise me" I gulped while putting my pinky finger out, "pinky promise, weirdo" she laughed, " hey look there's the map" Lily bent down and picked up the small piece of parchment on the floor, "c'mon let's go before we get jump scared" I muttered

"Haha scary cat"

I hate this chapter because it's really short but at the same time it cute too but I'm really sorry it's so short I got a bad case of writing block 🤧 anyways somehow I binged watch all of the new Percy Jackson show with my cousin for around the sixth time and we got in trouble so yeah that was fun lol 😃
