As Sam prepares to leave Mon's house, she turns to Mon's parents and bids them farewell with a polite smile. Mon's parents reciprocate with warm wishes, unaware of the underlying tension between Sam and Mon.

As Sam reaches the door, she glances back at Mon with a knowing look, silently conveying her eagerness for their next meeting. With a gentle smile, Sam extends the invitation, "Mon, would you like to go out with me tomorrow? Just the two of us."

Mon's heart races with anticipation, but she maintains her composure, nodding in agreement. "I'd love to, Sam," she replies softly, trying to conceal her excitement in front of her parents.

With a lingering gaze, Sam bids Mon and her parents goodbye, leaving Mon with a swirl of emotions and the anticipation of their upcoming rendezvous.

The following day, Mon arrived at their designated meeting spot, her nerves evident as she scanned the area for any familiar faces who might witness her presence with Sam. As soon as Sam spotted her, she reached out and gently took Mon's hand, guiding her to a quieter, more secluded spot.

"Sam, wait," Mon whispered anxiously. "Someone might see us."

"That's why I brought you here," Sam replied calmly. "Stay here until I come back. You know my car, so as soon as I pull up, hurry and get in."

After quickly surveying the surroundings one last time, Sam hurried off to fetch her car, leaving Mon behind with her apprehensions.

Without wasting a moment, a familiar car pulled up in front of Mon. The passenger seat window rolled down, revealing Sam's determined expression.

"Get in, Mon," Sam urgently ordered.

Responding to the urgency in Sam's voice, Mon quickly complied, sliding into the passenger seat. As soon as Mon was safely inside, Sam accelerated the car, wasting no time in getting them away from prying eyes.

Mon breathed heavily, feeling the weight of their secret affair, while Sam's smile betrayed a sense of amusement.

"What are you smiling for, Sam?" Mon asked, a mixture of frustration and curiosity in her tone.

"I didn't know secret affairs could be this fun and exciting," Sam replied teasingly, her grin widening.

Mon couldn't help but playfully hit Sam on the shoulder. "What was that for?" Sam chuckled, teasing Mon.

"Here I am, pouring my heart out because of this secret affair with you, but here you are, enjoying every moment of it," Mon replied, a hint of exasperation in her voice.

Sam reached out to Mon, her fingers gently grazing Mon's chin, as if trying to coax a smile from her sulking expression.

"Hey, Mon, I was just joking," Sam said softly, her eyes flickering with sincerity as she divided her attention between the road ahead and Mon's face.

"Where does my love want to go? Do you want to eat anything else?" Sam asked, trying to divert Mon's sulking.

"Anything else? We haven't eaten anything yet," Mon replied, slightly amused.

"Well, besides me, of course, do you want to eat anything else?" Sam teased, earning a playful exclamation from Mon.

"Sam!" Mon exclaimed, though a smile began to tug at the corners of her lips.

"See, now you're smiling. Have you forgotten I know how to get to you?" Sam replied, chuckling. "So, where are we heading?" Sam added, steering the conversation back to their plans for the day.

"I'm not comfortable dining out right now, especially on the weekend. We can't use our professional excuse if someone sees us," Mon explained.

"Okay, why don't we just grab something at the mall? We can take a quick stroll, check out some things, grab some food, and then head home. My home," Sam suggested.

"That might be a good idea," Mon agreed.

"Okay, to the mall we go!" Sam exclaimed as she accelerated the car.

Mon and Sam arrived at the bustling mall, weaving through crowds of shoppers. Sam kept a close eye on Mon, making sure they weren't attracting any unwanted attention. They strolled through the various shops, occasionally stealing glances at each other and sharing secretive smiles.

"Mon, are we in the right place? Where did we park?" Sam asked, a mix of frustration and amusement in her tone.

As they discussed, Yha appeared nearby, calling out to Sam. "Ms. Sam!" Fortunately, Yha didn't notice who Sam was with.

Sam's heart raced with anxiety. "Quick, Mon, duck behind those cars," Sam whispered urgently.

Mon followed Sam's instructions and crouched down low, trying to make themselves inconspicuous. Sam peered cautiously around the corner of the parked cars, hoping Yha wouldn't spot Mon.

"What are you doing here, Yha?" Sam asked anxiously.

"Oh, it's the weekend, so I decided to do some shopping. How about you? Were you shopping with... um... where did your companion go?" Yha asked, curious.

"Companion?" Sam exclaimed, trying to maintain composure.

"Yeah, I saw you talking with someone earlier," Yha replied.

"Oh, that... Um, she was just asking for directions," Sam quickly explained.

"Ah, I see. Well, I better get going now. Bye, Sam," Yha said.

"Okay, bye, Yha," Sam replied, relieved.

Sam let out a sigh of relief. "It's safe now, Mon. You can come out."

Mon stood up, and Sam reached out to help her. "That was a close call," Sam exclaimed.

"And that's exactly what I'm worried about, Sam. Someone might see us," Mon replied anxiously.

"Sam whispered urgently, "Come on, Mon, let's find the car quickly."

Mon nodded, her heart still racing from the near encounter. "Right, let's go."

They hurried through the parking lot, scanning the rows of cars for Sam's vehicle. Each passing moment felt like an eternity as they anxiously searched for their escape.

"There it is!" Sam exclaimed, spotting the car at the end of the row.

Mon rushed to the passenger side, and Sam quickly unlocked the doors. They both jumped in, relieved to finally be out of sight.

As Sam started the engine, they shared a glance filled with a mixture of relief and apprehension before driving off, grateful to have narrowly avoided detection.
