You had woken up in your brothers bed, noticing he was starting to wake up as well when you saw it was dark outside. "What's time is it?!" You asked as you shot up. "It is just after seven in the evening, my lady. You both slept soundly." Sebastian informed as he stood by a cart and closed his pocket watch. "That late? Why didn't you wake us?" Ciel asked as Sebastian pushed the cart towards the bed. "I felt it was in keeping with my duties as your butler to prioritize your health, so I let you both sleep." He responded as he draped a blanket over you both. "Our health?" You asked with a raised brow.
"Tonight's dinner. We have creamy three mushroom risotto and a pork and wine-pot-au-feu. And for pudding, we have a delicately spa iced warm Apple compote with yogurt." He informed before grabbing the bowl and bringing the spoon up to your brothers mouth. "Now if you will, say 'ah'" he told as Ciel backed away and held onto you who was on the opposite side of the bed. "Wait! Just what the devil are you playing at?" He shouted.
"Oh. Is it too hot? How very thoughtless of me. I should cool it." Sebastian said to himself before blowing at the spoon ridiculously. You both made an 'ugh' sound, leaning back even more. "Goodness me. Oh but you're both acting like quite spoiled children." He teased as you frowned "And you are being positively revolting. I order you to stop. Immediately!" You gagged at his ridiculous behavior
"I was only doing as Prince Soma advised. He told me that poorly children should be lavished with kindness. Do neither of you care for it, my lord, my lady?" He asked as he sat down the risotto. "We can do without that kindness. It makes our skin crawl." Ciel retorted "Well, we certainly can't have that. So sorry. It shall not happen again." He apologized with a bow.
You had already dressed yourself, going to complete unfinished business that was postponed yesterday. You were now just siting on the bed, waiting for Sebastian to finish dressing him. "By the bye. Tanaka rang around four o'clock, and I took a message. He says lady Elizabeth is visiting the manor." Sebastian informed as you and Ciel shared a surprised look. "It appears that her intention is to remain there until you return. And Tanaka asked if that might occur sooner rather than later." He added as you sighed. "Good grief. What a mess. You've been able to locate Kelvin's estate, correct?" You asked as Sebastian straightened the vest that went with your dress.
"Yes. I had time while you were convalescing. The Baron's manor house is roughly a day's travel from London, my lady, my lord. Fist by rail and then by carriage." He informed as he handed Ciel his hat which he snatched. "You could get us there in under an hour, could you not?" He asked. "If either of you ordered it." He responded. "We're needed back at home. Let's get this over with." You demanded as Ciel took his cane. "Quite, yes, my young lady."
"Ciel! Y/n! You both are tying to leave again!" Soma shouted as he stood at the bottom of the staircase. "Prince of the chatterboxes." Your brother muttered "You're both just bent on destroying your health, aren't you?" He stated as you walked down. "Sebastian tells me you were up all night nursing us back to health." You said in a calm tone. "Oh, yes." He remembered but still hesitant at what you were getting at. "Thank you. As you can see, we're as for as a fiddle now. Because of you." You thanked him, getting at him as he smiled to himself. "Fully recovered? And it's all thanks to me? I guess that goes to show how much skilled, compassionate nursing can really do!" He said
