The journey now weighs with a heavy burden. The tension amongst them were thicker than ice and snow, thicker than Elsa couldn't even believe it was possible for her to do so. Doubts ran through her mind constantly, so thick in fact if you get buried, you will be far too deep to be dug out. What if he hates her now, what if he will abandon us, what if he will betray us. God forbid if it was the latter.

Even though Barf, Belch and Meatlug were able to cover the distance between Toothless and Hiccup, it would always appear that Hiccup was always trying to add more distance between them. They get it, he was trying to clear his head while also being constantly on a lookout for anything lurking with the dense forest. It must have been mentally exhausting for the man but it wasn't something unfamiliar to the trained fighter. A man must first tamed his mind, a fool will only be slaved to it.

Elsa from the back of Ruffnut's saddle can visibly see Hiccup's back facing her and maybe within a few steps closer, she could physically reach him yet it felt like he was meters apart, and it was looking like drifting even further away from her reach. Ruffnut on the other hand was obviously saddened but also a bit annoyed, she would basically hear the thoughts and prayers pf the ice queen from the back of her head, even if she never verbally voice her mind. She then heard Elsa sigh sadly behind her.

Ruffnut not being the type to entertained with someone's emotions and feelings let alone a queen's, she rolled her eyes out of pure habits. She was not one to judge or get into other people's personal business but this was going far to long and it was driving her mad, everyone was feeling it but no one was stepping up, so she will be the one to do it and she was pretty damn determined too.

"Elsa" Ruffnut called out for her firmly which in turned cause the said women too look up and stare at the back of the female twin's head. She didn't even bother to turn around to look at her, and doing that to a queen would mean many things, but usually it ends with a limp or two removed forcefully or death but that wasn't going on in Elsa's mind right now, only curiosity for what the blonde haired woman had to say maybe it was just comforting to finally hear another human being talked after what felt like ages.

"Mmmm..." Elsa hummed curiously in response, and still staring at the back of her head.

"Tell me queen, what is it stopping you from apologizing to Hiccup right and be done with all of this..." she out right pointed it out to Elsa, this didn't offend her but caused her to ponder deep into her own thoughts. Right, why doesn't she just apologize? Was it her pride, her stubbornness, her ego, her righteousness. It was certainly none of that but it most definitely...

"Fear... I'm scared of what he may answer afterwards. What if I said something that he leave us to fend for ourselves? Or he will turn us in out of spite?" Elsa mumbled on about the fake scenarios that she thinks might come down too. Ruffnut turned her head slightly to look at the queen.

"Oh believe me, Hiccup isn't the type to abandon people just because of a petty argument" she explained, highlighting the word petty as she talked. "So talk to him, make things up, apologize and you will see that he will come around. He certainly care for you enough to kill on your behalf... speaking of which, I have never seen him done that for anyone before" Ruffnut pointed out and Elsa's widen is surprised and her cheeks too lightly turned red at the thought of it. He is brutally romantic, weird but sweet

She brush the electric feeling off within her chest and regathered her thoughts. Hiccup isn't the type to run away just because he is ashamed of his emotional outbursts, at least that's how most of them view him as. Emotional disconnect as well, a very difficult combination.

"Ruffnut is right Elsa... just speak to him and I'm sure he will for sure come around and apologize too!" Anna gave her sister a reassuring smile along side an encouraging look. Elsa too smiled warmly in return, yet again grateful to have such a supportive sister. She probably will not know what to do during this situation along with the help of Ruffnut's intuition too.
