Birthday

"What" he said and I was nervous on what will I say "why the heck didnt you tell me or anyone" he asked "woh actually maine aaj tak kabhi bhi apna birthday kisi ke saath celebrate nhi kiya because Mrs. Mehta never allowed me and practically mera birthday kisi ko yaad bhi nahi tha, mumma ke jaane ke baad main humesha apne birthday ke din subha mandir jaati hu phir college and than Bhavishya anathalaya main apna waqt bitati hu, kabhi koi tha hi nhi mumma ke jaane ke baad celebrate karne ke liye" I said, a lone tear slipped from my eyes without my knowledge Mrs. Mehta ki maar se bachne ke liye apna birthday tak ek nightmare banke reh gaya hain mera I thought
(Actually till today I have never celebrated my birthday with anyone because Mrs. Mehta never allowed me and practically no one even remembered my birthday, after leaving my mother, I always went to the temple in the morning on my birthday, then spent my time in college and then in Bhavishya orphanage, no one ever knew my mother. to celebrate after")

"Aarya look here" he said and I slowly looked at his face which held some unsaid emotions "i dont know about your past which led you with this mental and physical scars, but remember it was your past and your present is different i know that it is difficult for you to share these things but i still feel you should have said about your birthday, and i am angry at myself for not knowing my wives birth date, everything apart i should have known this basic information of yours" he said leaving Me in full cry mode on as I have never received love on my birthday it was always anger abuse and hatred

"For now you wait here I will be back" he said and left without waiting for my reply

After what felt like eternity he came with something in his hand "Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you"  he sang and forwarded a cake infront of me, I was looking at him with lots of love "cut it before you birthday goes away" he says while handing me the knife, I took it and cut the cake with him singing and made him eat it and vice versa

"Thank you for making my birthday special and different from " I said while cuddling with him on the bed "no need to thank me, ..... you are my wife and you have all the right to be happy and feel special" he said while kissing my crown to which I closed my eyes feeling special and pure with some unshed and unsaid feelings

"Will you go on a date with me tomorrow" he asked nervously I looked at him with confusion "look it was your birthday today and i didnt knew about it so i wanted to take you out and make you feel special and date is perfect name for it and also i wanted to take you out since a really long time and now i have two reasons to take it-" he stopped when he heard my laughter "you are too cute" I said between my laughter while he was looking at me with adoration

"Yes, i will come on a date with you" I said after my breath was normal after all the laughter "thank you" he said smiling and soon enough we slept while talking and being in each other's embrace

It was morning and I was looking at the beautiful figure sleeping in my embrace, I woke up with this beautiful scene and was enchanted how cute and baby kind she looked while remembering our talks yesterday

I did felt bad that there was no one with her to celebrate her birthday, I was angry also with the fact that no body cared to know about her special day but Then I decided to celebrate it today by taking her with me on a date

I have been planning for it since many days but it was suppose to be after one week yet I don't care if I have to take her with me today itself

I untangled us and Quickly got ready for the day and went to the kitchen to see maa sa and kaki sa cooking something, I had planned yesterday to make her day special even though I am day late but people say na 'better late than never' so that's it I will make her favourite breakfast

"Maa sa aaj nashta kya hain" I asked maa sa "aaj puha,besan ka chilla aur vegetable sandwhich kyun kya hua" Maa sa said "maa sa apne tayaari kardi" I asked "nahi bas vegetable chop kiye hain" kaki sa said "accha hain, kya aaj pyaaz ki kachori, aloo puri aur chai bann sakta hain" I asked "haa bann toh jaayenga lekin ghar pe kisko nahi pasand aur tujhe toh bilkul nahi" Maa sa said "woh maa sa Aarya ko pasand hain aur main usse special feel karana chahta hu isiliye" I said with a bit nervousness "ohhhh ho matlab humari bahu ke liye yeh sabh ho raha hain, kya baat hain" kaki Sa said in teasing form
(Mom what is for breakfast today)
(Puha, besan ka chilla and vegetable sandwich why what happened)
(Is it already prepared)
(No, was just chopping the veggies)
(Ok, can pyaaz kachori, Aloo puri and tea be made)
(Yes it can but nobody likes it especially you)
(mom Aarya likes it, and i want to make her feel special)
(Ohhh ho it means all this is for our daughter in law, not bad)

After alot of teasing and with the help of maa sa and kaki sa I prepared the breakfast now I just hope she likes it, after sometime she came downstairs looking ethereal, she wished everyone and came and sat beside me

The servant started serving "aree ajj aloo puri aur pyaaz kachori kuch special hain kya ajj" baba sa asked but my gaze were fixed on here she snapped her head in my direction shocking nor expecting her favorite breakfast
(Wow today aloo puri and pyaaz kachori is there something special)

"Baba sa kal kisi ka birthday tha aur usne bataya nhi aur na hume pata tha isiliye jabh myjhe pata chal toh maine socha lets make it special today" I said looking at baba sa "kis ka birthday nahi pata hum sabh ko bhai" dadu sa asked "Aarya ka birthday the dadu sa bit hume pata hi nahi tha" I said again while everyone felt bad for not knowing it
(Dad, yesterday it was someones birthday and she didnt tell us nor did we knew so when i got to know i planned to make it special)
(Whose birthday was it and nobody knows)
(It was Aarya's and we didnt knew about it)

"Aree ap log udaas mat hoiye neri bhi galati thi mujhe bhi batana chahiye tha but nhi bataya its ok" aarya said, than everyone wished her and than left for work and college
(Hey, dont be upset it my fault to, i should have told you all, its okay)

I was on my way to drop Aarya college, soon we reached "i will be home by 6pm so be ready" I said "okay " she replied and went in
Can't wait to take her on date
