Time skipped to noon at Ashton's office.

Ashton's POV

I'm seating in my cabin, after a while Anna while be coming here with Luke.

I called the nurse
"Can u get me Miss Anna Renzo's blood report" I asked her

"Yes dr, I'll bring that to u" and she left the cabin

I am staring at my screen rn, because I have no clue about this girl's past, as she is new to this country.

Door opened revealing the nurse, she handed me her reports.

Anna has low iron levels. Other things look fine to me.

15 mins last

There is a knock at my door.
"Yes come in"

Luke opened the door and directed Anna in the cabin. She entered with a small tired smile.

I motioned her to take a seat on the chair beside me.

"It will be a normal exam, are u ok with Luke being here, if u want I can get him out as well, nd dw a nurse will always be here" I said

"No it's ok, I want him here"

"Ok then let's start" I said with a smile

"Your full name and age"

"Anna Joseph Renzo, nd I'm 19 y/o"

"Can you pls stand here on this weighing machine"
She hesitated a little, this is very normal for other young girls as well.

"85 pounds" Luke said, followed by "154 cm"

I wrote it down

She came back and sat on her seat

"I'm gonna be a bit more personal now, are you sexually active since last 6 months"

"No" it was very clear answer.

"Well, we know that you are anemic so I'll be giving you some shots and medicine for it"

She nodded

"Let's proceed further, can u seat on that table for me"

She mumbled a yes and went to seat.

I too some belongings and sat in front of her.

She looked a bit exhausted by now.

"are u ok Anna"

"It just feels like the room is spinning, it felt like for a while" she replied

"Do u want to lie down"

"No" she replied with exhaustion

Luke extended his hand and gave her water "have it"
"It's ok"

She took a sip.

"I'm ok now"Anna said

I went ahead with my examination.

Her heart rate was 107 , it's high , BP was 100/60 , a bit low I can say

Temp was 99°C, not normal but not very concerning as well.

"Usually we don't give shots for iron deficiency, but in your case it's very bad,so for the time being I'll be giving you shots for 10 days then we will switch to oral medication" I said in clear and neutral tone to her

"Ok"

She is just exhausted rn to evn say anything more than ok or nodding.

"Anna just lie down for some minutes, I'll be back with some medicine"

Saying this I went out to get her shots.

Luke followed me out of my cabin.

"So how do you think she is doing" Luke asked me.

"Honestly Luke, she's just tired I guess, she needs to have a full rest before her med school starts"

"She'll be fine, dw"

Luke - ya hope so.

We went in the cabin and sat beside her.

It looked like she cried a bit

Luke - Anna were u crying, what happened, what hurts tell me

Anna - my head, she said in a low voice

"Oh sweetheart, don't cry, I'll give u this shot and it will be back to normal"

Saying this I gave her the shot.

She slept for a while, and I did my work.

The whole time Luke was beside her taking her care, giving her water and some snacks.

It's cute.

Then we drove back to home.

Anna's POV
After coming back for hospital I went straight to bed

I heard a small knock on door

"Come in"
