CHAPTER 2 - PLANS

AUTHOR'S POV

The friends are now planning to move in together wait, I didn't introduce them! So let me give the intro to our characters -

Hayat - u guys know, she is an entrepreneur and she studied with her friends in the same school so they all are 29 years old

Agam - detective of the group, manipulation has been mastered, and he is hayat's boyfriend since high school ( they are planning to get married as many of the friends are already married) 

Maya - generous, sensitive but bold and takes wise decisions, she's ruhaan's wife ( she's a lawyer)

Ruhaan - Shy, funny and loves his wife, Maya ( they were the first official couple in the gang) 

Akshat - hilarious, suneo and I feel there's a chemistry between dhruti and him but they won't agree

Dhruti - cute, introverted and angry bird (at times) she's a fashion designer

Mishka - silly, enthusiastic and is a techie

Aarna - she's Aditya's wife, feisty and an angry bird (she's a model)

Aditya - Intelligent, emotional and loves Aarna. He has initially done a start up to bring betterment to the world through technology and has all the boys and Mishka helping him.

Aryan - this guy is always single and is a neurosurgeon.

Now that I'm done with introduction let's start. I hope you like this chapter

Hayat's POV

I'm seriously not in the mood to talk about this, I mean they seriously called me all the way from New York to talk about this -
"See we always wanted this!" said Maya

" Ya, it's a great idea, most of our work is in London and if we shift there and live together, it will be fun " said aarna.

I rolled my eyes. I do want to live with them but most of my investments are in New York but I don't care about that, How do they think I can leave my nanny with her shitty husband there.

" Guys, so it's final that we are shifting, right? " asked mishka
This girl doesn't know what patience is, ugh

" I can't, u see, my nanny stays with me and I can't leave her alone" I replied

Dhruti said " but hayat, your nanny can live with her husband also, right? "

Now who's going to explain that her husband is the person I hate the most.

So, when I was in the hostel, I met Christine, she was a teacher back then, very sweet and caring but was a little older than me so when I called her nanny by mistake, she loved it and after that I started to call her with that name.

Her husband was very abusive towards her, of course he was an asshole cheating on her.

When nanny got to know about his second wife, she was broken and since then she started to live with me but that man's second wife died and he always troubled nanny to get some money out of her will left by her parents.

She divorced him and from that day I never saw him again. I hope I'll be able to kill that man one day.

" She won't " I said in an angry tone and left the place

I went outside and nanny called me, I told her about this and she was angry to know that I denied because of her.

" I don't want to be a burden for you hayat " said nanny

" No nanny, you are not, what if that man tries to do something with you? "

" He won't dear, you only taught me to be strong, I got a divorce, right? He won't be doing anything "

" but-"

" I don't want to hear anymore excuses, I'll be fine bacha "

A smile krept my face and I said
" Thanks "

With that Nanny said bye and cut the call. I was happy to know that she feels brave and she is indeed a strong woman but I can't trust that man.

I told Maya that I'll be shifting and asked her to inform my angry bird about it and I left for New York.

After I reached home, Aarna called me and said that they will be shifting next week. I went to Nanny's room, she was already asleep so I didn't disturb her and went back to my room. I lied on the bed facing the ceiling

I was filled with thoughts about that day, when I had received an unknown call, the fact that the person who called me, he knew me and his sound was familiar.

If he hadn't called, we might not have survived that day but why did he call me only? He could have called the hostel to save the children's life.

I was lost in thoughts when Agam texted me, he was asking about that ' unusual thing ' and I told everything to him.

" do you still have the number? "

" no, I had changed my number and phone also "

" that was the only way I could find out who that was, but don't worry, I'll try figuring out something " he texted

" Aryan was asking about the design I wanted for OUR room but I didn't no anything so I asked him to call u " ugh why was that 'our' in caps, this guy doesn't leave a chance to make me feel butterflies

" ohh, I have a busy schedule tomorrow, just tell him that I want the Industrial and Shabby chic style "

" okay, goodnight, love you ❤ "

" Love u tooo, Gn "
