It's the first week of August and I've been home for a full week now, that was spent with family and friends I haven't seen in a long time. Today is Sunday and since Sofia bookstore is closed she asked me if I could help her bring in some new furniture, she says it's just two pieces and we should be done in no time, so of course I said yes!
So after waking up and getting breakfast ready, we ate it and got ready to leave the house. "It's just this little couch and a coffee table" she tells me as she grabs the shop keys from her purse "I felt like changing something and found the perfect things!" "Let's see baby" I say stepping in after her "In those boxes" I walk over there and open the first box finding the little green vintage style couch "Oh this will look perfect in here" "I know right? I saw it and I thought it was perfect for the shop" "Good choice baby"
We take it out and we put the little couch feet on, the turned it over and placed it, last step adding the three pillows. I then assembled the coffee table while she got the new books ready for tomorrow. The elementary school around the corner will bring all the classes as soon as school starts again and Sofia couldn't be more excited. "Looks perfect...don't you think?" I asked her once I'm all done "It does, thank you for helping me handsome!" "Sure baby!" I say kissing her head "need some help here?" "No, I'm all done, I think we can grab some Taco Bell and head back home" "Whatever you like"

After driving through the drive through and getting our lunch we headed back home, changed and sati in our backyard enjoying our burgers. "Oh I've missed this..." I moan Sofia giggles at me and gives me the last piece of hers "No baby, you eat it" I insist "Ok..." Doing roles like Steve rogers requires me following a strict diet so now I'm easing into grease foods again, I've never been one to always eat these kind of foods but every once in a while I do. "What do you think of changing into swimsuits, tanning a little and then get in the pool?" She asks "Absolutely" We grow away the garbage, fill a bottle of fresh water and then change once again and putting sunscreen before laying under the sun.

Laying in the sun doing absolutely nothing but enjoying each other company in silence it's truly fantastic. "Could you pass me the water?" She asks afta about half an our "Here" "Thanks" she says grabbing it from me and leaning down to peck my lips "I love you" "Love you too Chris" I close my eyes again feeling the sun on my skin and her hand in mine, at some point I must have fallen asleep cause now I'm soaking wet thanks to Sofia dumping a bucket of water on me "Jeez Sof..." I mumble and she giggles "Come in the pool with me..." she says pouting "You're so gonna get it later" I tell her standing up, grabbing her by her thighs and making her squeal before I jump in the pool with her secured in my arms "Chris!" She says pushing away from me "Didn't you wanted to get in the pool?" "Yeah...but" "Now you're in it, I did you a favor..." "Rude..." "You woke me up with a bucket of water..." "I guess we're tied now..." "Yeas we are my love, come here" I smile as she swims back in my arms, her own going to rest on my shoulders and her legs on my waist, I put my hands in her bum to support her and we just cuddle in the cool water for some time, talking about our wedding, the songs we want to play, how we want the cake which reminds us we should really go do some cake taste testing and decide in something like we did three days ago for the menu.
"You're so cute" I say against her lips "You're making me blush..." "I love making you blush" She giggles at me again and I swear I love that sound, I love everything about her, absolutely everything! "Should we have a date night tomorrow?" "Why not?" She says You might be wondering how we do date nights when no one knows about us...well we don't need going out to fancy restaurant, we either order in if we don't feel like cooking or we go get groceries and cook something together, we've been doing this for so long and we wouldn't have it any other way. "What should we cook?" "Mhm...do you have any cravings?" I ask "Could we try and do our own sushi?" "Oh that's gonna be fun, I'll go get what we need while your at work and then once you get home we'll get to work" I tell her "Sounds perfect!"
When we come out of the pool we dry a bit and then took a shower, she does a scrub in her whole body while I do a couple of this g in my office. Since we had burgers at lunch we settle on a mixed salad for dinner and some star watching before going to sleep.
