There's no saying why, but anyone who is gifted can be a Warden.. It gets a little complicated when there's too much evil, but that's for another day."
I stared at Rita as I understood what she meant.
I think some of these Wardens are too evil for good.. But hopefully I get proven wrong.
"What is your duty? With this house.. The Wardens.. How did you become a smuggler?" I ask her, and she smiles, looking ahead.
"I was gifted the role of the smuggler by a powerful sorcerer..

I still have work to do. There are rumours of other Wardens deep in the Eastern forest, and there are talks of some who linger in the town nearby, maybe hoping to join us..
